I wouldn't be surprised if they use some of the stuff from TWS at some point this season. Maybe play audio of Cap's speech to SHIELD or footage of BW appearing before the Senate.

Well it would have to be in the next episode really, or the one after. They can't leave it until the end. AoS can't really go off and do their own thing now.

But

they won't be able to use any footage of the Triskelion and make as if Coulson's team are there, or any footage on the helicarrier, since all of this has been destroyed. It's a shame really, because they could easily have filmed on the set and used exteriors as establishing shots. How difficult would it have been to get Coulson and co on the set of Cap 2 to film some stuff?

The problem with that is the fact that tws was filmed in the middle/ second half of 2013. The show probably started filming the pilot around the time when tws was getting close to wrap up. Since I doubt that they would have would have had the script for next week's episode ready way back then, it would have been logistically impossible for them to do.

But AoS could've redressed a set and used exteriors from TWS - eg the Triskelion or the Hellicarriers to give the show a much grander feel. They could even have had shots from Washington DC.

But that can't happen now because it wouldn't make sense, unless they used some for next week's episode, which is really the only time they could ever utilise it. But they won't ever be able to visit these places in the future because SHIELD simply doesn't exist anymore.

In TWS, when Cap got into the elevator with Fury, did it say he was Level 8? I thought he was only level 6 because in Agents of Shield, Ward gets access to level 7, which is why he's allowed to know Coulson is alive.

It said level 8 was required to go to the floor Fury selected, and that Rogers level was too low, so Fury overrode it.

Aw got it. Thought the whole level thing was a nice nod to AOS.

I find the notion that Ward is higher ranking that both Black Widow and freaking Captain America to be kind of dumb honestly.

I've seen it twice now. It says that Fury is level 10. When Cap gets on, it flashes level 8 above his head with a DENIED stamp on it. Fury then overrides it to take him down to Project Insight.

Cap is 8.

So Ward is level 7 which means Cap should know about Coulson, assuming they briefed him on it.

I thought that Pierce said that Cap and Natasha were both level 6. Maybe I misheard him.

He's not.

It was a stupid throwaway line that the Brothers Whedon and Tancharoen should have never used.

When Ward asked if the Avengers knew Coulson was alive, Hill should have just simply said no, instead of saying their not Level 7. I understand that half of them don't even work for SHIELD but having then make Ward that really doesn't compare to Cap, Widow, and Hawkeye was just dumb. But luckily the post production team for CA:TWS rectified it, well at least for Cap.

Thor and Stark should know by now.

Thor I can buy not knowing. We don't even know if he's on Earth at the moment (Lady Sif seemed to imply that he was back on Asgard during her guest appearance). I can sort of see Stark not knowing depending on where he is at the moment. He blew up his armors at the end on IM 3 and perhaps he's taking time off to be with Pepper. BW, Cap, and Hawkeye, those are the one's that it's hard to buy not knowing.

Isn't Heimdall all seeing though?

Isn't Heimdall all seeing though?

He's "all-seeing" when the plot deems it convenient that he is. Loki found ways to sneak in and out of Asgard without being detected by Heimdall. He doesn't seem to be aware of Thanos of the threat that he poses. He didn't initially see the Dark Elves reemerging, etc.

/\THIS

Why didnt he see the Tesseract during the entire Cap movie?

Why didnt he see Natalie Portman discover the portals in London and get the Aether?

thanos may be outside the space around the nine realms which would make it not heimdall's concern

i wonder if heimdall can actually see people or sense them .. something like an energy signature.. maybe coulson's one has changed after his resurrection

I'm assuming that once CA: TWS had finished filming, they had gotten rid of most of the SHIELD based sets from the film since they were no longer being used.

Plus, it's more likely that due to the cost in keeping the place in tact and in use, the show wouldn't have it within their budget to maintain setting.

Why is everyone assuming that [blackout]Garrett[/blackout] is the Clairvoyant just because promo photos show him talking to [blackout]Raina and Quinn[/blackout]? Since you can see Franklin Hall's gravitonium box in the background, and Coulson is also there wearing cold weather clothing, they're probably at the Fridge. Since [blackout]S.H.I.E.L.D. is gone[/blackout] something is going to have to be done about their various prisoners.

^
not everyone.. i said they are hiding out with the enemies

How did they rectify it? What happened?

In the show (of the episodes that have aired so far)? last we know locked away deepest level of The Fridge in an unmarked vault/No Access granted

Its possible that Graviton is the Clairvoyant.

I think that would fit in with Quinn's fear of him,.
