That's exactly what a Hydra member would do to allay suspicion.

Yeah, but beeing allmost killed by Deathlok surely either prooves him on the good side or if HYDRA, he probably is seriously considering switching sides now. :woot:

Anyway the way he talked to Petersen prooves he is on the good side... Unless inside comunications within HYDRA really, really sucks, and neither knew they were suposed to be allies. Burocracy... not even on the darkside does it work smoothly. ;)

I think Blake's clean. Him being KOed by Deathlok was just to have him "accounted for" when the Hydra/Shield thing went down so they wouldn't wonder why he wasn't in WS or last ep. Then again as people have noted Hawkeye is still MIA, having not appeared or been mentioned in the show or film either. We know he's not dead or Hydra though because we already know he's in Age of Ultron.

I think all the shocking "Surprise! So and so is Hydra!" twists are done now though. It would get really old if they kept that up, or if Blake suddenly returned just to be Hydra after all.

The first words he uttered after coming out of the coma were "Hail Hydra!".

I don't think the twists are done yet.
Blake I see being one of Fury's own men. Like May was reporting to Fury.

I think every half season for the rest of this entire series, Ward will be revealed to be actually working for the other side.

Next season, wherein we have an alien force as the big bad (Kree or Skrull), we'll learn that Ward is actually an alien.

I've wondered if Ward was even human early on. lol

Ward is a Skrull pretending to be Kree, in disguise as the Chameleon, masquerading as Mystique, recruited by Hydra, infiltrating SHIELD, now undercover in Hydra but playing SHIELD, who killed the rat that ate the malt that lay in the house that Jack built.

Great episode this week, it really felt like the game changer they promoted it as, I loved the scenes between May and Coulson and this was easily Ward's best ep, between his scene with Skye, his action sequence and his big heel turn finale, although I'm pretty sure he's undercover as I don't see Hand actually doing what she did and request a cold blooded murder.

Everything about this ep just felt bigger and I know it's connection to TWS helps with that, but these last 2 eps combined have really seen the shows quality move up a couple of notches.

I like the look of their new snowy base in next weeks ep. :D

So basically, he's Spider-Woman? :D

I'm going to do a marathon before next week's episode airs and I remember hearing 1 or 2 episodes were shown in the wrong order. Does anyone remember which episodes?

Hawkeye was mentioned earlier in the season in the present tense. Hand explained how Barton and Romanov never get extraction teams for their missions.

Ward is Spartacus...

Ward is also the real Mandarin.
Blasphemy! :argh: :funny:

And with all the past, great Asgardian material in AOS, we will finally get to discover that Skye is really...
