To recap what my week looks like: Three days of work/school. Took off Thursday to study before a big test that night and after that, me and my girl are bee lining from the college to Alamo drafthouse. After that: I'm flying home to Maryland to see family for Easter, seeing it Friday with friends and some fam, then seeing it Saturday with my dad after lunch.

I hope it's good. Lol

I sure hope with that huge crowd at the Mexico premiere that no one got out of there with a bootleg copy of the film. Hard for security to watch that many people.

Yep three more days of work for me, then off for four days for Easter. Seeing it 9.30pm Thurs night with my cousin, then back on Sat for a second viewing with a bunch of friends.

I had a weird dream last night where I went to see BvS and realized during the movie that it was literally the same movie as Civil War. As in, WB and Marvel secretly got together and made one big movie with all of their characters, lol. Needless to say, I was happy to wake up and realize none of it was real.

I'm ready for this film. Just have to hold tight and spoiler free until Thursday night. I love how the world wide hype is through the roof! As it should be for these titans of the comic book industry. Generations of fans have hoped and waited for this film for DECADES.

I really try to keep expectations in check but it is getting harder and harder to do. My great hope is that a few years down the line I will be able to say that these DCU films have earned the position of my favorite film franchise ever. It's hard to imagine anything taking over for the LOTR trilogy, but this done right will absolutely do it. I've been a DC Comics fan my whole life. I'm ready to believe in the epic scope of this universe done JUSTICE on film!!! Exciting!!!

Can't wait to see this with my wife and two oldest on Thursday. Then again sometime later in the weekend with my ten year old. Sadly my youngest who is four (and also the most knowledgable about the DCU) will have to wait for a home screening.

Happy family time, Super-Dad! Hopefully the movie would be great and all the family can have a good time. I'll be taking my 9yo nephew, he's been gushing about this for long and we're so excited!
