Am I the only one who thinks we might get a black and grey batman suit from Snyder ?

I think that's a given just so it will be drastically different from Burton and Nolan's costumes.

Look at the flexibility of the Night Owl suit from Watchmen to get an idea of what the new suit will look like.

I would hope so, definitely going to separate the suit from the others. Seeing as this movie is less than 2 years away now, expect the new Batman to be cast within 2-5 months, Lex as well. Probably start shooting in March/April 2014. Two big themes will obviously be the destruction and the killing of Zod. Batman/Bruce is actually a perfect choice to help flesh those out along with Lex. I would think a possible plot point is going to be Bruce and Lex against Superman, but will have different agendas. This is also a way to make it much, much different than Man of Steel. Potential to be amazing is there, but same goes for sucking too.

I would hope so, make it their own. I would love a non rubber/practical suit like Burton/Nolan and go with the more Batman Arkham or most all comic versions of the suit. Would give the actor/stuntmen more flexibility to perform awesomesauce fighting/action stunts

I think that we'll see something similar to Batman Inc or New 52 in the dark grey armored look w/o trunks.

I agree. I don't mind grey, but it should be a really dark grey to help disappear in the night. I'm hoping for something like the Arkham Origins suit, but darkened.

y'know, with Bruce in MOS 2, I was thinking that might be a good opportunity to introduce an adult Lana into the story. Bruce could be "dating" the popular model/actress Lana Lang, and they attend a function where Clark and Lois are reporting on and that brings Lana and Clark together again.

Lana doesn't have to be a LI or create any kind of love triangle situation, but as someone from Clark's past, she could add more insight to his past.

At least the wait for the next film isn't going to be half as long as what we had to endure for MOS. Pretty exciting that we'll be getting set pics in 6-8 months.

I can't really see them going for the blue and grey costume. It just doesn't work for today. Looking at the Arkham Origins suit. Yeah, I can see Snyder doing something similar to that. I definitely think we can get a far better suit than the TDK films.

Interesting dynamic but I don't think MOS 2/World's Finest has room for it. You have Clark still becoming Superman, Clark and Lois, Clark the Reporter, Clark in Daily Planet, new Batman's intro, Batman/Bruce's origins (briefly), Supes and Bats tangling, the villain(s) set up. And this is just the top of my head. Not to mention the plot dedicated to setting up the fights and money shots.

Given the approach Snyder gives his adaptations, I'd say there is a good shot.

I'm pretty curious who is going take over the batman property after the fact. On one end, it might be intimidating for some to follow nolan, on the other seems like a good opportunity for many a director.

I really hope Goyer didn't know what he was talking about when he said they were still deciding between Batman vs Superman or Superman vs Batman for the title. I'd hope we don't get something that crass.

Just call it World's Finest. Fits in well with The Dark Knight and Man of Steel. Sure it doesn't give away that Batman and Superman are in it for the GA but that's what the marketing is for.

Edit: I guess it is a Superman sequel though... Hmm... I can see why they haven't settled on a title yet.

Wasn't the rumor that it's meant to be inspired by (not based on) The Dark Knight Returns? If that's the case, I'm not sure that the World's Finest story is going to be used.
