one thing I want to see, or hear in the movie is the John Williams theme...it speaks SUPERMAN

Unfortunately you will be disapointed, it ain't happening. This has NOTHING to do with the other movies. Its a total reboot.

Also, while I'm here, I must say that yesterday a friend of mine got me a comic. It was the issue of Action Comics where Superman is forced to make a porno with Big Barda. Its so terrible. I'm so happy to finally own it. Its hilarious in its terribleness.

So yeah, I think we can safely say that Superman should not make a porno in the new movie.

random question...has the topic of Superman's fingerprints ever been addressed? how does he get away with not wearing gloves? he leaves his fingerprints everywhere, undoubtedly someone would've matched it with Clark's.

Why would they bother comparing them to Clark's in the first place?

i'm not saying they would match Superman to Clark's fingerprint just on a hunch, but they've got sophisticated programs now-a-days that match fingerprints to criminals. someone as obsessed with Superman as Lex could get a hold of Superman's fingerprints then pay someone to search Metropolis's database for matches. if Lex was a very powerful and influential man then what would stop him from paying someone (or even a group of people) to search for a match for Superman's fingerprints using whatever resources are available (legally or not)?

Well then, simple answer; Clark Kent's fingerprints aren't on the database. A lot of people don't have their fingerprints on file.

And Hollywood is also going to have a tough time coming up with a horror movie as good as Halloween.

Seriously, the show must go on, and NEEDS to go into a whole new direction. The Donner/Reeve/Williams score has a place in iconic history of film and has a historic place made specifically for them. Hell, Superman Returns played the score as well. When will enough be enough when moving into the new era and generation of Superman on the big film?

This Superman-reboot needs to go as far away from Superman: The Movie and the Williams score as possible, and that's coming from someone who BLASTED the theme as a kid and made my parents squirm for playing it so much.

Start the movie as an Origin movie like Batman Begins. Have it in Smallville in a small farming town. The characters need to be Clark Kent, Martha and Johnathan Kent, Lana Lang, Pete Ross, and some random villain that endangers Clark's hometown. Make it almost like Smallville but not as quirky. Show Clark's hardships dealing with trying to be normal and hiding his abilities. Towards the end of the first movie, have Clark movie to Metropolis where he becomes Superman. After the first movie, have a few sequels, one being based around the death of Superman involving Doomsday and then his revival. I think that would be awesome.
