It wouldn't surprise me if WB/DC go after either Sandra Bullock or Charlize Theron as Hippolyta. Bullock won an Oscar for The Blind Side, which was a WB movie. Most of Bullock's recent movies are WB movies and she is already getting Oscar buzz for her next movie, which also is a WB movie. She checks all the boxes for who you would want to play Hippolyta, an A-lister, strong WB connection, and a Oscar winner. She makes a ton of sense to me. Theron makes sense too. She is coming off a hit with Mad Max for WB and combined the fact that she won an Oscar working with Jenkins on Monster is icing on the cake. Both choices would rock.

Charlize won't be cheap and I can't see Marvel paying her what she wants. Blanchett rumored to have passed, I think WB would have better odds at going after Charlize.

Well she worked with WB on Mad Max and is really grateful to Patty Jenkins for 'Monster' as per every acceptance speech she gave from Oscars to Globes.

I agree. I would prefer Charlize, however I want her for Catwoman in this new DCEU.

Bullock would be an interesting choice. I will throw in Michelle Pfeiffer to the list of candidates for Hippolyta along with the usual suggestions Catherine Zeta Jones, Jennifer Connelly, Rachel Weisz, and Naomi Watts.
