I wonder if Gal's Wonder Woman was a member of the Justice Society of America. If not Superman or Batman, I hope it's Wonder Woman who names the team Justice League in its upcoming film.

Our friend DanielRPK from Twitter says that the trailer was lame but the movie will be great though. Also that Fantastic Beasts joins the ranks of the Star Wars prequels

He also said the Uncharted movie is gonna suck and it just got a director. So it doesn't mean he gives opinions after watching a movie. I seriously doubt he watched Wonder Woman. It is 8 months away. Hope he is right though.

Agreed. I hope that if it is the big reveal they don't spoil in the trailers like Doomsday.

I wonder if they would go so far as merging the Duke of Deception with Ares...that the Duke is his human form? (Wherever these Duke of Deception rumours come from.) Unless he summons Ares at the end to help him fight WW.

Any which way, I'm happy to find out while watching the movie.

That was one of the greatest trailers. Move over Zack Snyder, Patty has way better visuals than in any Snyder movie. I'm sorry. But it true. She can make the world look beautiful without it looking fake.

Visuals-wise, Nolan is still better than all of them together. ) I prefer Snyder, honestly, over Patty. His BvS Wayne's murder is one of the prettiest sequences I saw in CBM.

I don't know, I'm not a fan of this over-saturated acid trip.

That's not exactly the best argument to make. Part of being an actor is emoting, her speech being the same exact way she talks in every day life is bad. I love her and I am sure I will be happy with her, but "thats just the way she talks" doesnt make things better.

no it isn't bad. I don't find her to be monotone or wooden. My point was about how she may sound to others who can't get pass her accent. I didn't hear anything monotone. People are just nitpicking.

Every complaint about a film isn't a nitpick. Thinking the lead isn't acting well is definitely not a nitpick.

Same! I think it will be. It just feels so charming and magical, very much like STM. This movie will finally give us something to feel optimistic and cheer about.

We need to see Gal with a bigger body of work. Her interaction with Bruce in the Justice League trailer is fun and loose. Most of the scenes in the Wonder Woman trailers are consistent with intensity and the situations Jenkins wants to show us, which is war related.

I think Pine and the love interest relationship can pull that out of her. It's the material afterall that the actor can play with and having that love interest as a sub-plot can highlight more of a different style of acting. I really like her. I really feel a sense of presence whens she's on screen. That's equally as important to me.

No she is not. There is more to this fandom than some people on boards. Outside of this place she is beloved and people think she is perfectly cast.

Well she definitely looks great. Love the shots of her in battle. It is a lovely contrast to the setting. Like the first Cap, but I think WW looks like she fits in a lot more.
