I feel like I will never Get my Man of Steel 2 :(

But we DID get BvS. :oldrazz:

Looks like the WW sequel won't feature Batman :oldrazz:

After seeing how much everyone enjoyed this solo film, I think it's all but a guarantee. They learned to let the characters stay faithful to their comic book essence and embrace the source material.

Thanks bud!! I have been waiting for my next solo Superman movie even though I know y'all are thinking "but you've had plenty films with your hero" just can't help it I want more! Superman is a Huge part of me and Henry Cavill is my Ultimate Superman I adore

Yes and boy do I love that movie! Even though it's hard for me to watch the end cause of my Hero sacrifice for the world! Emotional scene for me but makes me a proud Superman Fan! Snyder did it justice No pun intended :ilv:

Superman is my favorite and I love Henry's portrayal, so I'm looking forward to that inevitable sequel just as much!

John Campea, lol.

WW isn't a top 10 all time comic film but it's a solid, enjoyable, well written and directed film I believe most people will enjoy a lot.

Haha yea. Because I can take it seriously, unlike GOTG2. And that's not a disparaging remark on the latter, just the honest truth.

The one thing I will say is that the movie isn't bright and colorful like the posters would have you believe. It has that Warner Bros, LOTR look to it, but I like that about it.

I'm so glad to hear this.

I just got out of the screening and yes, believe the hype. It just made me want Patty to direct every DCEU film there will be.

I wasn't expecting him to love it honestly. However, everyone (minus one person) who didn't love the film has still said they liked it. If the "haters" are still averaging it at a B, this is a good sign.

Imagine a Patty-directed Superman film. Don't get me wrong, I love Snyder's Superman and MOS and BvS, but his interpretations have rubbed most people the wrong way. From what I'm hearing, Patty nails down most aspects of WW's character for a lot of people.

But I want Patty for WW 2.

Haha Campea is salty as f...

Glad majority are enjoying it. June 1 can't come soon eough

WW isn't a top 10 all time comic film but it could have been with Jaime Alexander as WW. That's really what Campea meant to say.

He did say a few months ago that he believes that it'll be a good film, but not excellent because of Gal. I think that's been his mindset and so when he liked it, he just thought, "But it would have been better with someone else, so now it's just solid."
