Quote:
The DC comics movie is looking at $65M-$75M stateside at 4,100 locations.
Wonder Woman‘s estimate has the power to go much higher, perhaps north of $80M, that is if she can maintain a strong Rotten Tomatoes Score.

Abroad, Diana Prince’s alter-ego flies into 55 markets with a range between $92M-$118M, though $100m is the comfortable projection currently. Wonder Woman will leap into such major markets as China, the UK, Russia, Korea and Brazil, to plant a foot in about 72% of the world outside North America. Other key plays, like France, Germany and Japan, come later. As ever, that’s because China will be the swing. The sophisticated South Korea may also pop here, too.

whaa.. so it's still projected to not even crack 80 mill in an article that came out on the 30th?

If that's what you want to believe, go right ahead.

never said I believe/want to believe it.. in fact I was bringing it up all disbelieving and incredulous.. so like.. the opposite of what you're accusing me of. but ok

Don't mind them, they keep saying "believe what you want to believe" every time a prediction is posted, whether or not the poster actually believes it.

I didn't say that's what you believed, just that if you wanted to then go ahead. It aint that deep.

WW right now has the highest RT score of any CBM in history right?

My guess is that they are low balling the heck out of this movie just so they can publish all those clickbate articles for when it shatters those numbers! WB is especially guilty of this! Control the narrative basically, it looks better when you under estimate than when you over estimate the numbers.

Oh God, my sides!! LOL!! :pal:

And though I won't be seeing this the day it is out, my ass will be in a Syracuse IMAX theater on Monday!!

I'm so happy for Gal and Patty and Geoff!! And I'm also happy I have the ultimate ticket

I remember people freaking out when Civil War briefly dropped to 89%. :o

Including me.

I'm glad the critical consensus mentions Gadot, specifically.

It's just a few words, but that still has to be a pretty sweet reward after a lot of hard work.

Some posted after the fist wave it wouldn't last. Then after 50 reviews they said it wouldn't last. Now at 70: "it wont last". Well it hasn't dropped yet.

It drops pretty much every single time, it's just a matter of how much. If it doesn't that'd be cool but it's unlikely.

Armond White hasn't posted his review yet so that's at least one more guaranteed negative.

People hate on Armond White but he does sometimes give popular movies fresh ratings.

And his reviews are always very well written, so I respect him a little for that.

If you want a good laugh though, read his BvS review.

Ever wonder why Based Armond always waits for everyone else to drop their reviews?
