I'm not opposed to seeing Wonder Woman's origins on the big-screen, but I don't think that her origin story needs to drive an entire movie.
Personally, I would be happy to see Wonder Woman's origins established in a brief "interview" between Wonder Woman and Lois Lane in DoJ. Diana can explain that she's a demi-goddess from a hidden island of (immortal) Amazon warriors who, after the events of Zod's attack, has been sent to man's world as an Ambassador of Peace. If anything more is required to be known about Diana's origins, then it should be critical to the plot and can be shown in flashback or simply narrated by one of the characters.
