This is pretty much the Spider-man suit I've always wanted. From the eyes, colors, emblem (front and back), webbing design and I'm not bothered by the black strips. All I need now is for Holland to nail the portrayel of this character

Wow! That looks amazing! The material looks good actually when seeing it in high quality. It's like Romita's costume from the 60s with a modern twist.

Why? When you've changed it after the fact

I had a Spider-Man 2 avvy before switching to the Batman one. So I changed it to a different SM-2 one.

And the Batman situation? It's not anything like the Spider-Man situation. I'm not burned out on the character since the previous several movies were good, and it makes sense to do a clean break aside from financial reasons. Plus when you have a casting choice that gets people talking, it's more fun rather than an acting choice people love on the spot.

Keaton, Kilmer and Clooney movies are in the same continuity so it's not the same thing.

So what? The point is they still changed the actors and that continuity had 3 actors in the space of 10 years with the last 2 of the 3 only doing one movie.

At first I thought Spidey was CGI...but after watching it in HD I think it's a combo of both...when he's flipping it's CGI but the landing and pose is live action.

I loved how they introduced Spider-Man in the trailer at the end. That was perfect.

I am mixed on the costume though. I love the colors and the lenses that move but I am not on board with some of the minor changes to the suit design. I hope they continue to refine it when we get his solo movie in 2017.

Since there's speculation that his mask is mechanical, and may have been designed/built by Stark, do you think he'll be working on Jarvis tech, where he can be updated with info? And do you think we'll get an Iron Man-esque shot of him inside the mask, like we do with RDJ in his Iron Man suit/helmet?

Aside from the abomination that was the TASM1 suit, Spider-Man has been treated very well over the years in the costume department.

MCU Spidey looks fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better suit, to be honest. I wanted something different from what we have already seen, but I still wanted Spidey to look like himself. Marvel accomplished that with flying colors.

My favorite part of the new suit are the animated eyes. When I saw how well the animated mask worked in Deadpool, I've been wanting similar treatment for Spidey's mask. Looks like Marvel did a great job, here!

I like the eyes. There is a mechanical reason to why they move unlike in Deadpool. Not that there is anything wrong with that in Deadpool.

Moving eyes makes no sense whatsoever, even if Tony made the costume, in no scenario would he go 'Now lets make the eyes mechanical, so you can uh... control them with your uh... eyes muscles to make your face...I dunno...more expressive'

Very impressed,im glad they have moved away from the Sony's spiderman costume. Its fresh but with classic undertones. Funnily enough i got a 70's spiderman tv series vibe aswell when i saw it first. Can't wait to see it in all its glory. Hope Tom has a blast playing this character just like Toby and Andrew before him.
