Right Ben Affleck will be 43 as well by 2016. RDJ will be 49 by Avengers 2 release. Does it matter? If you don't think about ages of males in CBM's then females shouldn't be a problem as well.

I hear what you're saying. Yet thinking about this now in hindsight, I would have rather they went with a younger Lois. Adams is beautiful though, so I hope she holds up well, or they recast her with someone else at some point and time.

The next time we see another Lois Lane will be the next reboot. They aren't going to get rid of an actress the calibre of Amy for someone younger and IF they did they would be morons.

Who said she was playing 40 year old Lois? That's her age not the characters. In fact we don't know Lois age. Henry Cavill is playing Superman age 33 in MOS and Lois is generally a few years older than him.

I thought you would've been happy with an older actor playing her instead of some 22 year old.

I'm not flaming her age...lol. I'm the same age as her...lol. Point is she looks older than Cavill. Doesn't mean she's not beautiful, but unless they can stop time she's going to keep getting older and looking older. It's a fact of life.

Meh...Things seem to be progressing a different pace than expected. It would be better for Lois to be younger. Not 22 years old, mind you, but younger than Adams. Again...it is what is, but like I said... In hindsight it would be better if she were younger.

Yes, she's quite beautiful. I hope she holds up well on film. She'll be older and it's not anything to be ashamed of because it's going to happen to everyone, but I hope she hold up well.
