Amy Adams is Lois Lane: - Part 6

I dont think Justin Timberlake is that bad of an actor compared to a lot of stars out there.

I thought he was great in Social Network. Kind of ticked me off in 'In Time' though.

But I'm excited for Amy Adams as Lois.

I've never been impressed with Timberlake as an actor, a singer, or anything else. He has been decent in some films but nothing outstanding. In my (possibly) humble opinion, he simply gets cast because he's popular and he's not absolutely awful like some musicians-turned-actors (50 Cent, various idiots from The Black Eyed Peas, etc.).

Timberlake sucks as an actor in all of his movies; he's a good dancer and an alright singer(although his music sucks). And Fergie was fine in Planet Terror and Nine.\

Not sure what any of this has to do with Amy Adams as Lois Lane though.

Timberlake is a good actor (loved him in The Social Network) and a great artist. Wish he did another album, I loved FutureSex/LoveSounds.

Oh and Amy Adams is a great actress.

Amy Adams visited Cirque du Soleil's O at the Bellagio Las Vegas on Saturday, April 28.

Holy crap she looks 28 years old in those Vegas pics, she's absolutely stunning!

Wow. She got a noticeable tan, lost weight. Huge improvement from her look in MoS.

Watch her suddenly sport dark hair next :p

what weight she looks the freaking same

get over this already you constantly harp that she is somehow fat in MOS:dry:

Just go back some pages. We've been through this before. She lost weight for the Oscars, face thinned out etc. It's an improvement.

She wasn't fat. She just could have looked better. Now she does.

The tan is a major plus too.

im confused, on the sets, she looks fat, than sometimes she doesn't???? is it bad angles?

Now that be too darn cruel!

As soon as she finishes being a chubby, pale ginger Lois Lane, she turns into the exact image of comic Lois! A CRUEL WORLD! :hehe:

I don't care how she looks in the movie, to me she looks fine, and she looks a tiny bit reminiscent of the 40's Lois, which is good also. But as long as she's nailed the characterization, I'm not bothered what she looks like.

Um, do I have to point out that nobody here saw a single frame of footage of Amy as Lois Lane yet? So talking about how she'll look in the movie is kind of silly. And no, you cannot judge that based on set pics. And yes, she looked fine in the set pics.

:whatever: She never looked fat. Or maybe to you it did, I don't know your criteria for fat. I guess every woman should be an 80 pound anorexic. Otherwise I can't see how anyone could call her fat.

is it bad angles?

If you've ever done photography, even on an amateur level, you would know that many things (skill of the photographer, the lenses you are using, the camera itself, the lightning, the positioning....) including angles can indeed contribute to objects/people looking out of shape/non realistic.

Amy looked just as thin in most MOS set pics (and they were done between takes/while not filming and she was not posing for the pictures) as she does in any other pics. And I cannot wait for the first piece of footage from MOS with her in it, to shut up all these silly ´´she is fat`` people. Like Snyder of all people would have an overweight Lois in his movie. Right. Though I guess a few will still have a problem, because hey, if the bones aint sticking out, it's fat!

I'm not sure that a strapless mini-dress vs. a toque, wool turtleneck and parka lend themselves to fair comparisons. :cwink:

Exactly what I was thinking. You can't even see her figure in that set pic... She's wearing a big coat!
