For those who had been fortunate enough to have seen the gif of Superman and Lois kissing from the CC trailer, if you look carefully in this picture above, Lois seems to be wearing the same green jacket/top that she's shown to be wearing in the kissing scene and her hair is set up in the same way as well.

Yeah... I know its an old tired topic and I'll try to never mention it again but to me her hairs too light. I wouldnt have a problem with it otherwise, but it's just she looks identical to some versions of Lana Lang.

And the only issue to me is that for people (mostly young people) getting into Superman for the first time through this movie it may be a tad confusing since to them, Lois Lane will be the one with the light ginger hair and Lana Lang will have the dark black hair. Meh, they'll get over it I guess.

What i'm curious to see, is whether this movies success will start to effect how Lois is drawn in the future... do you think somewhere down the line she'll start being drawn with lighter/more red hair?

Maybe yeah. Maybe they'll switch it around in the comics that Lois is the one with red hair and Lana is the one with black hair. I would rather they didnt but its possible.

I just hope that they're able to convince Amy to sign on for more installments as Lois.

And even though we haven't really seen the actual "kiss" yet and only the supposed "aftermath" of it from the CC footage, it looks more passionate and natural than any of the on screen kisses that I've seen of the two characters sharing from previous films.

I seriously doubt she isn't signed for like three pictures.

Indeed; which is why I really hope that they do whatever they can to get her to come back at least for a few more (with the hope that if MOS proves to be great and the sequels to be just as great, if not better) since I hate recasts within franchises, especially when it's someone that can act very well. It'd be a mistake imho to lose Amy at this point. If there is one other person than Henry that they need to get for future takes, it's definitely Amy.

If the movie is a hit the chances of losing her are pretty slim. She has a great career going but having a franchise means money in the bank. Unfortunately, it's especially hard to get leading lady status in a big franchise at her age.
