I think Mary Elizabeth Winstead has a good shot at being Janet. She's been on Marvel shortlists before, and she's worked with Edgar Wright.
I never seen this person before, but I saw her being interview @ SDCC.
Janet Van Dyne

And yet Gwyneth Paltrow, Natalie Portman, Anthony Hopkins, and Jeremy Renner, Samuel L Jackson, and Scarlett Johansson all signed for multiple films? Given MS's ability to cast top-tier actors in pretty much all of their movies, I wouldn't be counting anyone out. Except for Ed Norton and Terrence Howard. From what I read, Marvel is really concentrating on up and coming actors rather than named stars, because established stars don't want to sign retainers, without huge bonuses for sequels and such.
I think that puts Michelle Williams, like her or not, out of the running.

Zoee Duachnall (can't spell her name) for Wasp.
I have a hard time picturing Zooey Deschanel as a superhero. Not saying she couldn't pull it off though.
Kind of like Kat Dennings in Thor... with superpowers.Janet was a shallow socialite. She was more like Paris Hilton with superpowers back in the old Ant-Man and Avengers comics.
Ultimate Wasp was a scientist although I wouldn't say she was geeky.
Unlike Sue Storm I prefer if movie Wasp wasn't a scientist. Janet works better as the more human pov character for the audience.
Lauren Cohen for Wasp.
