Honestly I hope they don't try to sexualise Laurel's costume or anything like that. Maybe give her a sleeveless version for when it's hot and that version when it's cold.

The closest was smallville except for the face paint

That version of the costume is less sexual then Sara's, just give her some pants and it would be good. But now I'm realizing how hot Laurel must be in the desert.

But even Smallvilles version wasn't too bad with the jacket on.

The Smallville version looks like a chick going to a nightclub with crappy mascara.

Did any of Smallvilles outfit look legit though?

I liked SV's Black Canary suit except for the lack of a mask.

It was like they wanted her to be mask-less like the comics, but knew it would be dumb in terms of secret IDs. So, they tried to find some common ground between the two. Just looked dumb/lame to me like when they had Oliver wear that green grease paint on this show.

. . . I have never seen Smallville Black Canary ( or much of Smallville at all ). I am grateful for that.

*gouges out eyes*

Felicity does not need fighting skills. Her words will simply make the bad guys surrender

Her words were enough to make the league not frisk her to find her hidden guns in the last ep.

Felicity is so amazing.....

someone in the present day will die in this episode as it is likely the past and present will connect.....Akio dying=XXX dies in the present

Here’s a few spoilers to hold over the more anxious fans:
– There is an ever-present feeling of longing that stretches across the miles and scenes between Oliver and Felicity as the events of this episode play out. Alas, fate just seems to keep getting in the way.
– Not everything in this episode is pain and tears. There will be a moment or two worthy cheering for, as well.
– But moments of happiness are fleeting when dealing with a man as brutal and ruthless as Ra’s al Ghul.
– Oliver and Nyssa are understandably appalled at the prospect of being forced to marry each other. Both are very unhappy about it.
– There is a good Ray and Felicity scene, but they do not waste time discussing their former relationship. They are turning a corner to a more positive future.
– Laurel gets into the thick of it with some kick-ass moves in this episode. She’s definitely not sitting this fight out.
– The wedding scene is a small portion of such a big episode. There is a lot more going on and it will leave jaws on the floor.
– Maseo has a big part to play in the events through the final two episodes of the season.
– Felicity does something cool and clever, as we all hope that she would.
– Three words to describe this episode: tragic, terrifying, tortuous.
– The wedding scene is very aesthetically beautiful, but the emotions throughout the ceremony are less so.
– This episode builds up to a powerful end-note, which springs story/characters into finale.
– “This Is Your Sword” demonstrates that ARROW is definitely getting much darker for remainder of season. Be prepared.
– Feeling at end of episode: tense, curious and a bit worried. It’s a nail biting episode.
– As promised, there will be tears.

– As promised, there will be tears.

So I Guess he is faking. I'm disappointed if that's true.

Actually, I'd rather he be faking than for Felicity to snap him out of it through the power of their love or something.

Seriously, how sad is this? All throughout S2 I was a full-on Olicity 'shipper, and now I've heard so much negativity about the two of them that I've completely flipped it around. :loco:

She needs her trademark fishnets!

Other opinions may influence yours a bit, but it should be your own opinion that decides whether you like a 'ship or not.

I didn't need lots of negative comments and feelings from others to make up my mind on 'Olicity', but it sure supports what I already felt about it.

I really hope they lighten the show up next season. Not because I want them all to be happy. I just don't want to hear that awful shaky voice EBR does anymore.

Someone should tell her to knock that **** off.

I am sure that Arrow will become lighter but there still be some dark moment still.

You can tell that Ollie has converted because he's gone from Rahs to Reysh.

And there goes the sound of thousands of Arrow fans facepalming. :D
