Has Wildcat been "Foleyed"?:wow: They didn't address his status, but I guess he's not dead?

Roy and Laurel seem to make a good team. I liked the reference to the red streak. Nice to see Sin return. Kind of funny Lance was immediately able to tell that Arsenal was Roy. I'm glad that Team Arrow decided not to team up with Merlyn. I enjoyed the street fight scenes. Nice to see Ted Grant get into the action. Brick is one tough son of a *****. I'm kind of disappointed that Tatsu didn't return with Ollie. I was not expecting Ollie to train under Merlyn. Preview for next week looks good.

So is it obvious to anyone else the writers were big fans of The Dark Knight Rises finale?

Great epic episode that showcased Malcolm and the return of Oliver.

I can see Felicity leaving Arrow for The Flash and be replaced by Sin.

I wanted Tatsu to return with Oliver and become Katana.

Overall it was a pretty good episode, though the ending was kind of weak. The Arrows return was kind of corny, especially with all of TA retreating back to the the Lair and Black Canary hiding. Sucks that this is most likely the last we will see of Wildcat. I just say recast him, but I don't think they want to do that.

I'm not sure about that part I just see it as obviously resistant to the idea for good reason, malcom did put him i the situation ad thea & still had sara killed as well. but the show will make sure they don't have a chose

I find odd that wild cat Ted was the only character to make Brick bleed with just his fist. but ok then.

When Tatsu said to Ollie only the student can be beat the teacher. I was thinking he would somehow trick Malcom into fighting Ra's. I admit the thought of Ra's vs Malcom had me geeking out a little.

It's been obvious that they are fans of the entire Dark Knight trilogy since Season 1.lol

YESSS! No more Olicity! :woot:

Great episode, but I really hope they didn't just kill Wildcat like that. They didn't even address it really...

Was glad to see Sin back finally and relieved she said something to Lance. It's about time he finds out the truth.

It's hilarious that Lance figures out that Roy is Arsenal, but can't realize that Oliver is Arrow or the Canary he's seen isn't Sarah.

And I almost forgot Wildcat was on this show. He's the Ravager of the season, I guess.

Overall a very good ep. Not a fan of Oliver's rapid recovery and the Merlin plot. He trained& brainwashed Thea to kill Sara and things are working out well for him. I wonder if Laurel will ever find out what happened.

It's hiarlious that Lance figures out that Roy is Arsenal, but can't realize that Oliver is Arrow or the Canary he's seen isn't Sarah.
I almost forgot to mention that, the scene got a good laugh out of me. He just knew who he was right away. :funny:

Lance said last year he doesn't want to know identity of Arrow.......he know but don't want to believe it so

I wouldn't say captain lance found out the truth, yet . all he heard was it's possible wasn't Sara from some that knows her well too , he didn't find out shes(sara's) dead which will cause the possible heart attack. right now it's just what are you saying to me sny ?

Technically Lance has known Ollie was the vigilante since season 1. He just couldn't prove it and stopped caring once Ollie proved himself as a hero.

or the Canary he's seen isn't Sarah.

Has he even seen her up close though? Seems like they went out of their way to hide it from him even faking Sara's voice.

Yeah, he's in deliberate denial with that one. The Sara thing, well I've made my feelings on that particular plot-line well-known.

Except it makes a bit more sense here. in TDKR, you had trained cops apparently forget said training or any kind of tactics whatsoever. Here, it's just ordinary citizens living in the Glades, so it degenerating into a street brawl make sense.

I know Oliver is desperate to find a way to beat Ra's the next time, but isn't it a little... oh, I don't know...IDIOTIC to go to the guy that's the very reason for why he's in this mess in the first place?lol

Let's not forget that Oliver is aware that Merlyn is responsible for killing his father, for killing hundreds of civilians in the Glades, and is also responsible for placing Sara's blood on Thea's hands.

Yet he wants to go to that guy for help? It's like going to a Drug Dealer in order to abstain from Drugs.

hmmm Roy made it obvious he wanted to be arrows follower in the street when he did talk to him yeah it's funny but not that surprising. what will make it obvious is he ever saw diggle at the other crime scene's be sides tonight which Diggle's lucky that hasn't happened yet since he run around maskless . then he'd put it all together diggle's also lucky most of the people put in jail have said a word about him yet

That ending was the best thing ever. I never get tired of the writers giving the shippers their big Olicity moments and ripping it right out of their hands seconds later. So amazing. Browsing Tumblr after those scenes brings me so much joy.

:hehe:

Well Merlyn has some massive plot armor this season apparently.

Good episode. I wish it were about 10 minutes longer. The ending felt rushed.

Or it's like turning to Hannibal Lecter to catch serial killers.

Whew. It's probably going to take some time to truly process this one. There were some of the highest highs I've seen since last season, along with some of the ponderous head scratching moments we've come to expect from this season.

First,it looks like they're doing the same with Lance as Thea regarding Roy's I.D. He can't pick up on Oliver's I.D...but, in fairness I pointed out last year the amount of times Roy was arrested in a red hoodie would make him a prime suspect.

Great to see Syn again. I hope that's not the last we see of her. So she's the one to put Lance wise...

The flashbacks with Merlyn being the focus was quite good.

The whole set up of Team Arrow and whether to work with Merlyn was somewhat problematic. I liked that Thea finally gave some explanation to someone on why she considers Malcolm so trustworthy. (whether you agree with her or not,is irrelevant. At least it's finally been verbalized.)

Roy agreeing with her? I guess,I'll buy it. The trouble is,Roy actually made a compelling case. But, I've all along said I don't want Malcolm working with Ollie. So when the "vote" (which we didn't get to witness for whatever reason) came up against Malcolm, I figured it was the right call. Digg got in a good scene that summed it up.

But then, Ollie's now gonna work with Malcolm anyway. It seemed like a contrivance to cause a rift between he and Felicity. I mean, I'm not sure that it was the ONLY option he had. I guess Katana wouldn't be a suitable teacher,(she seemed to tell him as much) so we're left to believe it's the only way to beat Ra's.

In a way,I don't mind. It's the staple of comics to have the hero & villain team up against a bigger bad. But,as has been the case all season, the execution could be better.

Loved Wildcat showing up in "costume" (or reasonable facsimile thereof).

Loved Arrow's return in time to reach Malcolm's "humanity" for a moment.

Really,Really,REALLY loved Arrow's whole "Robin Hood" speech to the people.

So,despite some shakiness of plot still, this was a pretty good return to form.

Well Merlyn has some massive plot armor this season apparently.

Well, at least he lives up to his LOA code name: "The Magician", since he's been pulling plot devices and plot holes out of his ass on a constant basis.lol
