Okay, I saw the film again, and I realized there are SOOO many things that didn't make sense/I disliked about unfortunately one of the main parts of the film, how Peter Parker became Spiderman.
*First I disliked how he could just lie and take someone else's nametag. Really, no ID check, no anything?
*Then he can just walk in the Spider room, after just watching Ratha put in a simple password, he just copies it and BOOM he's right inside? These genetically-altered spiders are a multi-million, perhaps multi-billion dollar investment and he can just easily waltz right in?
*Then there's the fact that there are no cameras, nobody sees him inside this very valuable room, and surely ever spider should be accounted for, but nope nobody cares that one disappears with Peter.
*Nobody really cares that Peter jumps on the ceiling of the subway, tears the whole compartment up, then just leaves. None of those people told any authorities about this incident, no cameras in the subway?
*Does Peter just steal those web cartridges, or order them online? If he stole them, surely someone would have noticed as these things are quite powerful and valuable. Also they should have recognized that this masked vigilante who becomes extremely famous all over NYC is using there product for his source of webbing.
*If he just orders them from online, then WOW they must be really cheap, that anyone can just buy them. How can Peter afford something that should really be worth millions? Again, Oscorp still should have recognized that the webbing was theirs as well.
*Also this means really the only thing that separates Peter from everyone else to become Spiderman is only his ability to make the webshooters, as anyone can just walk into the Spider room and get bit and order some webbing from Oscorp. (I guess the webshooter must be extremely complex though so I'll let this slide as Peter still has to display his genius to make it.)
