BvS At what point of his career should the Affleck!Batman be?

This Batman has to be a 'solo act' for the same reason he can't have already fought the likes of Joker, etc.; the second you introduce anything that would decrease his chances of remaining completely off the radar, you introduce contradictions in terms of how the public reacted to Clark in MoS.

Everyone is fixated on this idea that he has to have been fighting crime for many years in order to justify his being in his 40s, but if he kept himself in peak physical condition even before taking up the cowl, he very well could have started his career as a vigilante in his mid to late 30s and still be in his 'prime' for years to come.

I would like him to be in his late 30s having started his career about 4 or 5 years ago. He should already have met the core of his rogue-gallery like The Riddler, Joker, Poison Ivy etc.. (About the Joker: They should have met but without Bats realizing that J will become his ultimate nemesis.) Two-Face is a relatively new enemy (this would explain a scarred Batman, like Snyder said, without the need to be a very old Bat. Harvey becoming a rogue was one of the first times he really felt failure).
People in Gotham are not extremely aware of those threats. Except for the Joker and maybe The Riddler (due to some big heists he made) most lunatics have been kept a secret by the GCPD. Same thing for BatBen (I like it more than Batfleck ;) ).
Most of his cases were detective things or "hit the mobsters really hard"-missions with the occasional encounter of a crazy rogue. Now things start to change. As I said, he has probably already met Ivy and I would like him to have fought some minor Meta like The Mad Monk and the Monster Men. He had to fight those metas with his wits and few gadgets and is starting to realize the increasing threat. He starts creating stronger weapons. Just as he feels ready to take down stronger enemies and supernatural threats MoS happens and he has to prepare all over again.

^ This Batman will likely be in his 40s, and you still don't get it as far as why they cannot do what you want them to do within the context of what they did in MoS.

This batman will have been a veteran. This film will probally be first time batman has operated outside of gotham.

I'm not saying that this Batman can't and won't have experience; I'm saying that, based on what was done in MoS, he cannot have done even half of the things people here want him to. In order for MoS to have played out the way it did, this Batman must be completely off of the general public's radar, and the more high-profile things you have him do - such as take down an insane clown, a guy with multiple personalities, or a guy with a bird fetish, or train one or more protoges - the more you decrease the likelihood of him remaining completely off the general public's radar.

I don't think there will be a Robin. The whole idea of a child vigilante is disturbing. It was only done in the comics because most of Batman's readership was young and the thought was that that market could relate better with Batman comics if there were someone like them fighting crime alongside him. The truth of the matter is that people asked for Robin in a batman film over 20 years ago after "Batman", '89 and about ten years later you got "Batman and Robin", which was a disappointment. DC Entertainment, through the production expertise and financing of Warner Brothers pictures are trying to establish their own cinematic universe in this genre call comic book movies. I don't think they want to do that reliving past mistakes.

Says who?

It makes more sense to me that a young man would trick himself into thinking it's ok to have such a young person fight crime along his side. Dick can already have been Robin and moved on with his career for whatever reason(s) they choose. Then, have him either be between Robins or just allude to Robin and/or Nightwing without having them show up.

I personally liked how it was done in the Young Justice toon continuity if you truly want to put a more concrete timeline compared to comics.
