So... what the heck happened to Nick Fury? Why isn't he in any of the mission dialogue this chapter?

Strange called Hill 'Director' is she in charge now? Did I miss something last chapter or something?

Also I did a deploy misison and it eneded with Mockingbird disappearing... yet I can still use her in battles. So did she just come back to base on her own? Did I miss something?

Still only on 7 covers and 8 duplicates now. My task bar is filled to 5 now, with 3 more to go before I am guaranteed a new cover. That means really it's 40 more boxes I need to open. But I can only get a total of 20 more lock boxes I think, unless I win some in the roulette.

For the first time, it looks like some of the challenge boss weapons/gears are not just differently powered versions of the regular ones. In Mission 3, the challenge boss weapon is a gun while the regular boss drops a melee weapon. In Mission 6, the challenge boss drop is a pyschic weapon instead of the regular boss gun with lots of debuffs. Also, the challenge epic boss drop is a melee weapon while the regular epic drop is a gun.

Edit: Noticed it in every Mission but Mission 5 for whatever reason.

Finished all the Chapter 8 tasks to get the Kuurth alts. Now it's time to go after all the gear, EIsos, and AIsos.

Completed Chapter 8 100%. Going to try and see how a Worthy Luke Cage and Spiderwoman pvp defense team work now.

Have Spiderwoman's e and a iso, but need to level her up 2 levels to let her use the e iso.

I probably won't complete Chapter 8 until possibly some time later this year. Same for all other chapters. The closest I am to completing one is Chapter 2.

I have it, and the one that gives you a shield when you rest too. Level 14 Vision and I'm getting slaughtered.

The key for me in succeeding in that battle would be having Vision in the first place.

BTW, anyone think it will be a shorter time between the current SO and the next one since this one took so long to come out? Or is it going to be another month and a half again?

It's a pity I dove into the daily mission while Rogue was busy training, leaving me with only Punisher, Fixer, Hawkeye, and two infiltrators against Skurge and the frosties. I've tried 3 times and I just can't hold out. Thankfully Rogue gets done training with a couple hours to spare so since I've come this far I'll just use her to finish things off.

My timing with Rogue seems to be just the worst.

Yeah, I've been doing that, just not getting lucky.

Do the power armors always go first in this battle?

I would think the next SO would tie in with Avengers: Age of Ultron. No clue who they'd have as a tie-in hero or Lock Box hero.

I didn't use Rogue at all against them. I think the 3 you used are sufficient. I'm pretty sure I could've beaten them with those characters. Did you have Fixer throw a blaster bomb under Skurge to reduce his health drastically? You could've added a tactician bomb from Punisher too.

The first wave is easy as Fixer just takes out the tacticians with his combat reflexes if you have him as an infiltrator.

Hawkeye should be able to do some decent damage too with his rapid fire and should be able to stun a Frost Giant.

I was using Punisher, Hybrid, and Anti-Venom today since they have the ability to exploit debuffs and Hybrid heals himself in his blaster version.

I just used Fixer and then whoever I was trying to level up. Wasn't particularly difficult. I don't even remember my other two. They might not even have been the most suitable classes.

There are lots of characters who should be in certain categories who aren't. The day before, I think it was gods only or Asgardians only, and Enchantress wasn't included. And really, everyone's got a bit of red in their ledger. So did you finish the daily mission yesterday?

Same here. 7 covers and 9 duplicates now. No LBs on the daily roulette either.

I need another 30 LBs to be guaranteed a new cover. However, I can only get a maximum of 10 LBs now (since I never get any on the roulette) with only 3 days left on the PVP, since I already used up my LBs for today. So only tomorrow and the day after to earn any.

BTW, which missions are the epic bosses in for Chapter 8? And who are they?

Well finished the final Destroyer task to get 25 lockboxes. Did the five battles today to get 5 more so had a total of 30.

Got the second to last cover after using 20 to fill the bar up entirely.

Then got the last cover with the other 10 on the first try. Filling up one whole bar only to get the next cover on the first try. At least it's karmic.

Now to level up the ole Destroyer.


Also my new pvp offense team has been doing really well. Wonder if I should actually try and go for Angela, haven't lost a battle with it yet. My agent with cosmic cube, weather control device, savage spear, and scroll of ahcahzk(haven't really used that at all though) and Blaster Transian Scarlet Witch and Tac Pestilence Beast. I tend to be able to just debuff everyone into death and use my and Wanda's healing abilities to keep my team alive.

The tournament is ending Thursday evening so you actually have 15 left since you still have a shot at LBs on the final day of the tournament.
