Not in the trailer. Probably trying to keep it a surprise. They do mention the Kree Empire's size, so they at least hint at the cosmic nature of the second season.

One question, though: Which disc in the Thor Blu-Ray combo would have the trailer? In case I manage to get out this weekend and be able to buy it.

There's only one Blu-Ray disc. If you get the combo pack, you get two discs, but the other is the DVD with the digital copy. On the BR, the trailer is under Extras>Trailers.

In other news, according to Marvel Animation Age, season two is scheduled to begin airing on Disney XD in late 2011/early 2012. October could maybe be considered late 2011...
