I'm not liking the Dark Avengers as an ongoing, especially not as a replacement for T-Bolts

Eurgh, I get the horrible feeling Marvel will kill Cyke purely because they think he's 'too far gone' for them to bring him back from where he is now (and I don't mean just Phoenix-powered, as there's clearly no chance that will last). They'll then bring him back refreshed as a teen in Bendis's horrible sounding story. If so, that will be an admission of their failure as writers in my eyes.

I'm pretty sure the T-Bolts stuff is just going to be transitioned out entirely

That makes a lot of sense to me actually. It looks like it will be either your scenario or Emma dying; and given those choices-- either Cyclops going or Emma going, I'll have to vote for current Cyclops going. I'm hoping Marvel will come up with something better than that. I'm against deaths in comics but it may be what we are faced with.

I actually think Scott becoming as single-minded and willing to blur the lines as he has in order to protect the future of his species has been a welcome evolution of his character. Do I think it's always been well written? No, but when it has it's been pretty good. Not to mention if young Scott is current Scott's replacement eventually he'll end up becoming *****e-Scott again the next time the mutants are wiped out.

I'm not against there being more Novas. I liked the Corps he was setting up. But yeah, I miss Rich. It'd be cool if it were Robbie though.

I really want Rich back...I am kind of bitter they bring back Nova and it's not Rich.

I guess if it was Robbie I would be ok. I would like to know how the new Nova Corps are doing since Richie went missing.

My biggest question is... how does a Nova have his powers? Rich took every bit of the power, draining his Corps, in to fight Thanos with. I suppose the obvious answer was that when he died it came back to them but that's just guess work. It could also maybe be that Rich is still alive and repowered his Corps but we just haven't seen it yet.

I'm curious to see what they have to say on it.

The last Nova series was pretty awesome, was sad to see Rich go. The new Nova, "Sam Alexander" I think, seems like a bit of a nonentity at the moment.

i agree, i like what has been done with scott the last few years. all we ever heard a few years ago is how boring scott was, and look at him in the last ten years. he is a man who makes the hard choices and best of all he is a man who the doesnt take anything from anybody(avengers) i love that about him now, he is no longer a yes man to prof x or the living legend himself capt a.

I have a question, I've been on and off with keeping up with the event. Was in Books-a-Million the other day and saw a issue with Collossus fighting Hulk then Thing and Magik fighting Black Widow on what looked like the moon. Someone mind filling me in on why they're on there?

So if the title doesn't give you a clue the Avengers are fighting the X-Men, reason being the Phoenix Force was heading straight for Earth, and they knew it was coming for Hope Summers (a mutant) to be it's host body. So for a couple issues various X-Men fought various Avengers, including Thing vs. Colossus and Black Widow vs. Magik. The first act came to a conclusion with everyone gathering on the Blue Area of the Moon where instead of finding Hope, the Phoenix is received by Cyclops, Emma Frost, Colossus, Magik, and Namor.
