Banned for some Daniel Tosh controversy
One of the better development to come out of AvX is the Uncanny Trinity consisting of Storm, Magneto and Psylocke. Those 3 have been a treat to see together. I wonder if and when Scott falls at the end of this, if they will step up to take leadership of the X-men in the aftermath

LOL..the writing and story is pretty good right now in Uncanny but yeah his art kinda ruins thatAcuna gives me indigestion
Me too. Its good to finally see him get some respect back in the books again. He should be a major threatUXM has been really good, I'm a huge Sinister fan.
Magneto's inevitably gonna relapse, I hate Psylocke for being a murderous c***, and Storm's just never been interesting to me. But I can appreciate the shake-up from Cyclops, at least. He's been firmly in control of the X-Men for a pretty long time now.LOL. Not a fan of the characters? Acuna's art? Them in a power position?
Regardless, Scott *really* won't either, since we've already seen him, or at least some version of him in solicitations. Namor looks like the odd man out.I don't see Emma dying, but I do think that her relationship with Scott will be done with.
Does it really matter? I mean Marvel is pretty good about writing in pretty convenient emotions. Like anyone was really sad Sentry was gone. The next issue everyone was like "who?".Interesting theory even though Namor is pretty far removed from the Avengers these days. I can't remember the last time he served as an active Avenger.....probably right before Acts of Vengeance.
I could see them having Jean kill Scott to "save" mutantkind as basically a reversal to the ending of the Dark Phoenix Saga. Then time-displaced Scott and Jean are free to be happy young people with a second chance together.I'm actually think Namor is the one that bites it, not Scott Summers. I mean we've seen a Cyclops in Marvel NOW! -- both that New X-Men version and whatever that new costumed version is. I just don't see why they would tease a dead character unless he dies and then promptly returns. I'm guess it's the time displaced Scott, but maybe that is our Scott and Jean spares him -- I mean obviously that whole Jean/Scott thing has to show up here eventually. Elephant in the room.
Also since Marvel NOW! is like a new-ish Marvel, Namor was the first Marvel character really, so it makes sense that he caps off the end of whatever the hell they're doing here.
I also think Emma will die.
