I am glad the game is set Christmas Eve, really gonna add a unique feel to the game.
Yea that image of Sionis is so bad ass
The Black Mask picture is my favourite of the bunch. The black mask and white suit goes well together. To be honest I've never really taken to him as a character, but that's mainly because I haven't really seen him in anything aside from Under The Red Hood. If he's truly the main character here, hopefully the game leaves an impression on me and explores him in an interesting, in depth way.
Really love that image too. I always had hoped that Bane would wear something like this in TDKR but I know thematically it wouldn't of made much sense for that particular incarnation to don such a suit. I know visually it would have been a treat though.
I just wonder how much of the map is going to look that new really? I mean since they are just re-skinning AC and the fact that there was already snow depicted there.
I know there is a new gotham section but i think it would only make sense for that area to really dominate since i think were all a little tired of the AC setting by now at least for a new game.
hmm while cD projekt is indeed doing with one title another maybe("technically speaking ")exploring that of MP in a way . Anyways the AI for the Witcher series is enough for the lot of us that have played it. but this is off topic.the his About the Arkham series. You know the CD Projekt approach is basically the inverse EA approach?t:
"- It's going to feel 100% different, because it isn't a prison anymore. This is a city before the walls went up and people got kicked out, and the spray paint and garbage. Before that layer of sort of "prison-ness" settled into it. And so even when you're in Old Gotham it feels like a very new area, now of course it's seeded with new enemies and new content and new experiences and also new environments cause many years have gone by so the landmass itself is quite different.
- It's just absolutely a different aesthetic, a different feel - much taller buildings, much more strada in terms of the navigation, much more commercial vibe to it, more upscale as it were. The feeling of navigating from Old Gotham and down through New Gotham, of crossing those different aesthetic and gameplay areas, is definitely one the player will get. They will clearly feel the difference between those two landmasses, each of which have their own very distinct sort of ways of playing and styles of playing and obviously experiences that come from them."
So I'm guessing..A lot!
Except I never argumented about the devs inability to work around the failures. Like some others, you're assuming too much from my posts. Mostly wrong. Where have I mentioned the developer's inability? And where have I mentioned that MP wouldn't work? I didn't. I'm pointing out how it is hard to see the co-op freeflow combat working, considering this would be just one component of MP. Not that MP wouldn't work in anyway. There are different things they can do for that. The best I've seen so far was to divide you and your partner in two separate blocks, which could be fun to dispute points, but I don't think that is what you guys want. As for two players attacking at the same time, I've addressed all of this before and why it is hard to see it working. I was just asking for good ideas to solve that problem but I don't think any of those are. You depend too much on your partner not screwing up. Don't make me repeat all of that again. Also Jick, the flaw with your argument as to why MP wouldn't work is that you're assuming the Devs would just blindly ignore any potential problem or adjustment that would need to be made for MP. As someone else pointed out, having two players attack the same guy at the same time could easily result in a team up attack. Or, realistically, the devs could come up with any other solution, that's simply a part of being a developer in the first place. IF they are going to include MP, it's a flawed argument to assume they won't factor in any of the problems that would arise.
