Didn't notice that Steam was downloading the DLC. It'll be done in less than 2 minutes.

It's up now for me in the PSN store so I'm letting it download and will play it later

Edit: And wow, I've never seen a download on PS3 go this fast before For me it's looking like an 8 minute download for the 2gb file.

PS3 players in Europe will have to wait an extra day as ‘Cold, Cold Heart’ won’t be available from the European PlayStation Store until tomorrow, 23 April.

Yeah if any of you guys are in Europe like me then you'll have to wait til tomorrow. This sucks. They shouldn't advertise it for a 22nd release if it's not universal for everyone.

That's always the way it is though. PSN Europe updates on Wednesday, whereas the US updates on Tuesday.

I was not aware of this. When they advertise something universally for a specific release date, I expect to get it on that date.

I actually knew this, same happened for Harley Quinn DLC and yet I hope it would release same day as North America.
