That's an image they use for one of the themes you can install after you acquire it in the game . I use it often and it looks great. One last thing in regards to in-game cutscenes. This occurred to me a few days ago.
The one scene in Arkham Origins that proved to me the in-game engine was just fine for cutscenes was the Jezebel Plaza scene. There is a moment where Batman stands in front of the moon and creates a nice dark silhouette, with white glowing eyes. All done with the in-game engine. It looked really beautiful. A lot of the skins look fantastic in that scene.
Did the recordings actually specify that it took place in Arkham?
Am I the only one that got hip to the Cyrus Pinkney pages way after their first run-thru... and by total accident?

Yes. That female German doctor welcomes Harley to Arkham.
Yes sir, I do.By hip do you mean discovered they were there around the city?
Yeah, I saw the 'It is blah, blah, blah date and the time of my death approaches' screen. I believe my exact response was "What the hell is that about?". Didn't give it much thought after that, but a little later I was kicking some copious booty outside the Jezebel Theatre and stumbled across a plaque. Fun little story.Yeah, if it wasn't for the loading screen, I would never have even known.
Is Beware The Batman skin available to play in AO?
I'm playing the game again and I still hate the Joker reveal in this. Such a waste for Black Mask.

Of course they were rushing WB didn't give them time like they did with Rocksteady for BAK.

Likewise. Batman first meets Joker parading around as Black Mask? Eh, not for me.
I don't see the problem of Joker meeting Harley in Blackgate other than the small continuity flub of meeting Arkham, which I couldn't care less about since the sequence itself is one of the best written character pieces in all three games, and keeps the spirit of their meeting intact.
Black Mask may have been under used but he was treated well compared to Bane, Hugo Strange, Two Face and several other higher tier villains in the other two Arkham games. At least Black Mask reclaimed what was his and was not treated as a whipping boy for Catwoman (Two Face), defeated by an elevator gate (Bane), or used as a puppet for Ra's and then killed off (Hugo).
Better than meeting him like say as the killer of his parents.
Gonna have to agree to disagree here. One is junk, the other is quite brilliant. Lets say we flip for it and see which is which?![]()
I don't need a coin to tell me which one is junk![]()
I thank you for coming to your senses
That said, I hate twists like that. Where the main bad guy in charge is either:
Not who he says he is or being a total puppet, or *gasp* not actually the character at all. All sickeningly lame to me.
Meh, it was all shoddy to me, will always be shoddy. I was in the camp of being excited to see Black Mask as a more prominent threat. I was pretty hyped for it, thought it cool, but only to have Joker be behind it all, I can't accept it, it's sour.
But w/e. At least now I know what to expect with the next set of prequels.
