I'm still racking my brain trying to figure out how the hell he survived that fall. I've seen a lot of (obvious) fake deaths on TV and in movies, but this one has me at a loss. My only guess is that he somehow drugged Watson and made him think that he saw Sherlock fall when it was someone else. But that still doesn't explain how Moriarty's henchmen also saw him die.

I think he will be like a magic trick, not everything you see isn't always what it seems and the answer will probably be simple.
I'm glad the show is back soon, I missed it.

Hint - you never actually see him HIT the ground. He might have fallen in the laundry truck that was parked below, which Watson could not see because there was a building between him and the ground Sherlock would "land" (thus "stay right there. Do not take one more step, John!"
