You know, it's such a shame that Mark Margolis won't get nominated for any awards for his work on Breaking Bad. He's able to do so much with so very little. Especially in these last few episodes.

My main issue with the Walt poisoning Brock twist is that Walt has been shown, particularly in the scenes with Hank, to be a terrible liar. I'm sure Bryan Cranston didn't know he was the culprit when he shot the scene where Walt pretends to not know who the kid is, and then suddenly realise it was Gus, because I totally believed it was genuine.

Other than that, I really enjoyed the finale.

Gus was always fine with Jesse. He became a "son" for him. He teached him and he got betrayed by him.

man to those who think Gus is death was cartoony and unrealistic...liveleek released a video of An American Soldier in a trench walking directly into a freaking IED??!!! half of his face was blown off but dude was still alive??!!

I think people mostly had an issue with Gus just kind of casually strolling out and straightening his tie before falling over dead, not so much the "face getting blown off" part of it.

But whatever. I abide by the rule of cool.

Man, when Gus walked out of that room, it had me laughing in insane pleasure that Gus could withstand even a bomb to the face. How wrong I was.


I had a couple issues with teh episode upon first viewing, but by the end it was all justified. Breaking bad, you rock.

btw, I'm sure most of you have read this, but it's great. especially the bit about that one scene with teh twirling gun. definitely makes sense, which amazing since at the time I thought it was a bit out there, even for BB.
