Breaking Bad - Part 2

It shouldn't take too long for the legacy payments to be finished. If Mike just had $2 million in his grand daughter's account he must have had the most and two of the men have been killed so they probably only need to raise $10 million. Yes it is a decent chunk but in the long run it isn't so bad, that's insurance so things don't go to **** again. But of course that's not going to happen.

50: Skylar makes it lovingly.
51: Skylar makes it begrudgingly.
52: Walt makes it himself.

I thought he asked for Todd's name cause he did something good. Why on earth would Walt be mad about being warned of the video camera that could possibly incriminate him.

Mike made it very clear that they weren't to be spoken to, and also Mike is essential to the operation because he's supplying the chemicals. Victor was used to send a message. Given Walt's state of mind I can see him wanting to assert dominance in the same way Gus did. Who better than some nobody who stepped out of line? lol, either way it's gonna be awesome to see what happens.

Best cook scene yet. They're just showing off now. This show's editing and photography continue to blow loads all over our faces.

Thanks. Some of the comments on the last video are ridiculous:
"I always thought she sucked.... now even more... get rid of her or give her some balls..."
"I guess Skyler is gonna act like this for the rest of the show now.... God why can't women ever forgive and forget? seriously... I liked the old skyler"
btw I can't wait for the "Shut Up" gifs.
Haha, yeah. Somebody get on that.

Walt's naked manipulation of everyone around him continues. I can't wait to see what comes of him (possibly) turning Marie against Skyler.

So next week's episode is directed by Rian Johnson. Hopefully it's better than Fly.

Are Walt and Walter Jr just watching Mob Week or does showing Scarface foreshadow something?

I doubt the Scarface stuff was meant to be foreshadowing. I felt like they were poking fun at themselves. It's too obvious for Breaking Bad.

You don't like that episode? I challenge you to a duel at dawn. :oldrazz:

Maybe it ends more like Todd in a monkey suit and machine guns Walt, Jesse, and Mike to death. :o

Obviously that doesn't even need to be mentioned because it's a spoiler. :o:o

The whole bit at the end could be referring to Todd. Mike had just told Walt he's no Gus and he certainly doesn't respect him in that way. Might cause Walt to set an example.

damn has it really been only 1 year in the realm of the show?

Is the guy Mike visits in the opener the same guy who was head of the laundry or whatever in S4?

I was having trouble placing him, but I think you may be right.

I love how easily Walt manipulated Jessie into dumping his girl.

Some random thoughts:

  • Jesse sure does like Sonic.
  • It was great to see Skinny Pete and Badger again.
  • Does anyone think it's possible that Walt would try and cheat on Skyler with Marie?
  • I wonder if there's any significance to Walt watching The Three Stooges with Jesse, but watching Scarface with his children.
  • It's eerie how easily and quickly Walt can switch on family man mode.

Jesse's no fool. And I hope he's the one that takes down Walt. Rat him out to the DEA and get immunity or whatever. Like he said in season 3 after Hank beat the crap out of him.
