I know they made Jesse more mature and smarter throughout the five seasons but him figuring out the lottery ticket thing by himself would be a pretty big leap. Unless Walt did something similar earlier in the series that Jesse is privy to which I can't think of anything.

It's not just Jesse figuring it out, it's anyone figuring it out that those numbers are coordinates, that the ticket is even there, that Walt even bought a ticket, or that Walt even buried the money.

I don't even know why we bother doing this. Just close the thread down until Sunday because anything suggested is likely not going to happen. Did anyone predict

I was actually joking, if Jesse does make such a connection not sure I would buy that.

I don't think it's a huge leap but unlikely since for a majority of the show Jesse was at times just as much of a user or knucklehead as Badger or Skinny Pete. It's like even if he does realize he was picked by Huell would he automatically think he was good enough to lift a single cigarette off him out of a dozen. Looking back at the pickpocket from Huell I just don't know how you could successfully pull that off, didn't all the cigarettes pretty much look alike?

Oh wow, really? That makes so much more sense. Was that actually said in the show? I just remember Saul lifting the plastic bag with the cigarette in it.

Looking at the price for the Complete Series set on Amazon is making me reconsider just buying the individual sets. At Target, the first four seasons are $20 each, and the first half of S5 is a little more. I could probably get the entire series for somewhere between $100-150. Not sure the behind the scenes documentary is worth potentially an extra hundred bucks. I don't have Heisenberg money here.
