I wonder if what Jesse might be referencing is kidnapping his family members and threatening to kill them if Walter doesn't turn himself in. Not that Jesse would actually go that far, but to make Walt think he's gone so off the rocker that he will. Because really, Walt coming in and turning himself in is about the only way left to truly get him foolproof at this point.

I think Jesse will find a way to reveal the truth to Walt Jr. in the next episode. I mean, Walt was doing all of this for his family to begin with.

I think he would if it was clear there was no actual danger involved to them. I feel after Hank's 'it's cool if he kills him because we'll have it on tape' thing, he's willing to go to some extremes. The only other thing I could think of is somehow going through Saul, but I'm not sure if there's any kind of direct connection between Walt and Saul to do anything.

Maybe Todd and his gang go after Jesse, Jesse kills Todd and escapes, Todd's Uncle tells Walt that they owe him for Todd's death and he needs to be their cook because they have nobody, Walt refuses, they are the ones who attack Walt's house because they see it as an eye for an eye, Walt returns with M60 for revenge.

but his "hubris" and "angst" comes from, you know, Walt almost fatally poisoning an innocent 8-year-old child that Jesse cared deeply about, in order to manipulate him into aiding him in the murder of Gus

Had to happen. It was the ONLY way to get Gus.

Yes, it was extreme, but if someone threatened to kill not only me but my family, including my infant daughter...extreme is exactly where I'd be.

Also, Jesse owed Walt for saving his life. Say what you will, Walt would have had it made had he just sat back and let Jesse die.

More money coming in than he could spend which would have set his family up for life not to mention a MUCH more capable, knowledgeable, and skilled lab assistant in Gale who was fired to make room for Jesse, so that Jesse would not ruin Hank's life.

Underestimating him in what he will do to save himself. Huell and Kuby are his men. He's the connection man. He got Mike to Walt. Gus to Walt. The cleaner man, whoever he is. Seems like he has quite the kitchen sink in resources.
