I can't get enough of Season 3 of Angel. Just finished watching "Forgiving", which revealed that Sahjhan altered the prophecies and then had Angel going crazy at Wes at the end. This is awesome stuff :woot:

Aye, i just re-watched that ep the other day, it is great just sitting there waiting for Angel to lose the rag and go completely nuts in the hospital.

I think a lot of people are going to miss that kind of thing happening, hahahahaha.

wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :awesome:

My jaw was on the floor when I saw the ending of that episode the first time. I thought he was angry and just trying to control himself for the sake of Wesley and he even mentioned how it was Angel not Angelus talking.

Also, this thread is kind of funny if you go to the previous page and just look at the avatars.

That was most definitely one the single greatest moments in an episode/episode cliffhangers/examples of DB's acting ability.

Literally sends chills up my spine :)

It definitely was a brilliant moment. I'm really addicted to these shows, I don't know what I'm gonna do when I've finished them both! :funny: At least I still have three seasons left to go through.

EDIT: Holy crap, Connor just dropped through the portal! And he's definitely not a baby anymore...

Greatest. Entrance. Ever.

This is what really happens when you put vampires and teenage angst together, you get The Destroyer.

I'm glad Tara and Willow are finally back together. Hopefully Tara will step back into the main storyline a little now...she's been more of a supporting player so far.

...did they just kill Tara? And in the episode where she finally made the credits? :(

Yeah, that happened. Amber Benson's last ever appearence in the show. :(

You have NO idea how long Whedon has been wanting to kill off a character like that. Remember that guy that died in the first episode? He was supposed to be in the credits just so that everyone would be suprised when he was killed.

yeah, that was going to happen with Doyle. He was suppose to be killed off in the first episode.

Ya very sad and upset a lot of people back then. Thats the only problem I have with the Buffyverse, is that noone is allowed to be happy. Even if Anya/Xander got married they still couldve gone through hard times with one another, they didnt need to be broken up.

I can make a very large list of whedon's victims yet I don't want to spoil anything for those watching the first time. However lets just say whedon is a writing serial killer.

In least Whedon knows how to kill a character, Dark Willow arc seems to be based a bit on the Dark Phoenix arc from x-men, yeah, the story has pratically nothing to do but the idea does

ohh no one kills them better. It is a short list of writers who can rip out my heart and fill me with such agony when killing off a character yet then bring me back for more.

Awesome finale to Angel Season 3. One hell of a cliffhanger with Angel sinking to the bottom of the ocean, not to mention Cordelia's ascension and the weird relationship struck up between Wes and Lilah. I can't wait to find out what's gonna happen. This whole season has been fantastic.

Now onto the Season 6 finale of Buffy...

I hope Cordelia gets her memories back soon. I'm not a big fan of amnesiac storylines...plus, the romantic undertones between her and Connor in "Slouching Toward Bethlehem" were weird and I don't wanna see them developed.

stick with season 4 has some very bad low points of the show along with some very good high points. I tend to think the highs outway the low

Season 4 of Angel has to be my favorite season, I think it had one of the better season long story arcs, save for the last two or three episodes.

I see Angel season 4 get a lot of heat. But I really enjoyed it minus one or two things. But overall it was really good. Mainly...

Wesley becoming even more awesome and all the Angelus/Faith moments

"Apocalypse, Nowish" was a great episode but I'm not buying Cordelia/Connor at all. The world's apparently ending and instead of going out and fighting, she has pity sex with the son of the man she loves? The season's been strong so far, but I can't get on board with that couple at all.

Season 7 of Buffy has started off really well too. It's found the right balance between the serious and the comedy, and "Conversations With Dead People" was awesome.

What are you thinking of The First until now?
Many fans considered him a very corny big bad but i liked him
