Ms. Danvers...

Yep, her hair seems to be getting blonder by the day.

Great to see. :woot:

CUTE!

ON a scale of 1-10, just how cute is Brie Larson?

If I'm not mistaken, the new hair style with bangs and the extremely blond color is for her upcoming Directorial debut, Unicorn Store... which she is about to begin production on.

Captain Marvel?

It looks like she's waiting for her lover... er, I mean best friend Jessica Drew. It's the weekend, so it's time to party. :oldrazz:

In Kong Skull Island her Hair is already Blonde but These New Picture Let me think that she has very soon some Costume Screen Tests

Carol has had enough of Tony's ****.

I love it when she kicks Tony's ass. The whole "alcoholic Danvers" arc that I did not care for at all was almost totally worth it for the moment when she drunkenly drop-kicked him through the wing of a jumbo jet. :D

Yeah, alcoholic superpowers are the best. I do think that Carol's alcoholic arc under Buseik's Avengers was a necessary evil. It was a natural progression of the character considering all the help she's been through before. Plus, it helped bring Carol out of obscurity.

But, yeah I love Carol beating up Tony.

I can't imagine Thor fans being too happy about this. Thankfully, I'm not a Thor fan. :D

I can't understand Feige sometimes. He speaks double speak. You read part of it and you think she's as powerful as any character they've ever put in a movie and then without inhaling she's by far the most powerful.

Didn't he say something like she won't show up in another movie before her own movie unless she does?

Sounds like Bill frelling Clinton. "It depends on what the definition of "is" is."

Flick is bad.....she's not a Thor fan.

Here's what Lord Feige said about CM:

One of, if not THE most powerful hero

Here, Feige is talking about her base power levels.

By far, the most powerful hero

And here, he's obviously referring to her binary powers.

I'm not a fan of Thor, either, so I don't mind. Heck, Carol could even beat him up and I'd be ok with it. But, what I'd really be ok with is Carol beating the ever living s*** out of Iron Man. Civil War 2 makes me really hate him.

Thanks, Bendis.

I totally get if Jess isn't in captain marvel one. But I think they really ought to be looking into bringing her into the MCU soon. You can't have Carol without Jess.

And I'm looking forward to see what Carol can do in the MCU. Her beating up Tony would make me pleased as well.

Have some more Carol and Jess awesomeness.

I think you're strongly overstating the times they interacted together. That being said, I want Spider-Woman and I do think a Captain Marvel 2 is a good place to bring her in.

MCU Tony is a likeable chap, I really wouldn't want to see Carol beat him up. Can't they just be friends.

EDIT: And ok, since (for some reason that escapes me) we're now posting our favorite Carol/Jess moments, here's one that never fails to crack me up.

Wow, see I'm feeling the complete opposite
Carol has pretty much no leg to stand on and seems nearly sociopathic in her obsession with this pre-crime kid's visions and her complete disregard for the rule of law
Maybe that's why I don't want to see her be "the most" powerful, because in the comics I'd love to see Thor kick her ass right now, same way he did to Iron Man after Civil War 1

I've been a Carol fan for a good few years now, but CW is really testing the limits of my love

but I do agree it's all Bendis' fault... lol

that... reads like tumblr fanfic to me.
whatever writer put "hawt" into a comic (without it being some sort of meta, deadpool-y joke) should immediately be fired
Carol took the words right out my mouth

Ok, I get it. Carol is bad for arresting people, but I think people aren't realizing that Ulysses' visions have been incredibly accurate and has saved countless lives. What exactly has Tony done? If he had his way, he would have killed Ulysses. No Ulysses, no visions. Thanos would have destroyed Project Pegasus, killing thousands in the process. After that he would have taken the cosmic cube for himself and god knows what he would have done with that power. The Infinaut would have destroyed the Earth, The Celestial Destroyer would have destroyed the Earth. You know, Tony could have at least upgraded Rhodey's suit like he begged him to do. But no, Rhodey could have lived if Tony actually cared about his best friend.

Civil War 2 #7 previews are out. And Iron Man is taking an upgraded suit in the form of a War Machine "Carol-buster suit" as a form of psychological warfare against her. Wow, if only Rhodey had such a suit to fight Thanos. This is a new low for Tony and is downright cruel and sadistic. Tony needs to die.

I thought it was funny. Maybe you just don't like funny things. :oldrazz:

Carol and Jess arguing like a married couple. :oldrazz:

It would be a perversion of the laws of nature if Jessica isn't introduced in the Captain Marvel movie.

Carol and Jess should go Skrull Hunting together.

You're right about MCU Tony. I'm just projecting from my hatred of Comic book Tony. They can and should be friends. Carol and Tony have actually had a good friendship in the past as he helped Carol with her alcoholism, being a recovering alcoholic himself. After reading Invinible Iron Man 14, it's a shame that Carol and Tony are at the brink of killing each other.

Apparently for that Thor issue Hopeless wrote the scene on Jason Aarons request. And if have read the Spider-Woman comic, Jess has said much weirder things. That's totally in character for her.

i think in the MCU Carol and Tony will be buds. Probably through Rhodey.

i am looking forward to how Carol and Sam intreract. That could be fun.

Ulysses has been quite accurate, but not 100%, holes are being poked into it every day (mostly in the tie-ins, but still), and nothing short of 100% perfect accuracy should be applied to a program like this. Her speech about "if it was a 10% chance I'd still do it" is also completely indefensible.

And you can't say what would have happened, since it didn't happen

So thus, by the very fact that the heroes are preventing his visions, means they are not in any way 100% certain, they are, in fact, easily alterable.

I agree Tony's not acting very heroic right now either (again, Bendis) but that in no way makes Carol reasonable or correct

I thought it was funny. Maybe you just don't like funny things. :oldrazz:

Nah, that reads more like teenagers than adult married couple to me.
"OMG she is like sooo hawt, her costume is totally on fleek, I just can't even..."

but maybe that's just the type o' "humor" you're into :cwink:

Jessica is clearly just messing with Carol in that scene, like good friends often do. That's why I like it. But hey, to each their own.

Wait, where are those panels from? Never seen them before.
That's the worst part about comics... there's always something you're missing. Something you haven't read. It's frustrating as hell.

I don't know if that's what you're implying, but I doubt that Rhodey and Carol will be in a relationship in the MCU. At least not a romantic one.
