Apocalypse Characters in Apocalypse

I know nobody wants a million characters in this (including myself), but I'd like to see the following:

Professor X, Beast, Magneto, and Mystique (all confirmed)
Younger versions of Storm, Jean, and Cyclops
Nightcrawler and Gambit (both seem likely)

As far as brand brand new characters? Dazzler is who I want to see most, especially if it takes place in the 80s. But I'd also love to see Cannonball. Both of them have really visual powers that I'd love to see on screen.

This is all assuming that they are only following the FC cast for this movie. Not sure which villains I'd like to see, aside from Apocalypse of course.

I was really expecting Polaris to appear in the First class sequel before the original cast was brought back.

So was I Dazzler and Polaris are the ones im really wanting to make an appearance in this next movie. If its Polaris she must have the green hair or at least green highlights that is her trademark but not sure how that would look onscreen.

Another why reason I expected Polaris was because of Havok being in First Class.

And if Polaris ever appears on live-action, her hair should be all green. Highlights would be terrible.

Your not going to see Angel In film. Apocalypse is set In 1980's and angel was boy In prologue of last stand set around 1996.

Archangel could be some kind of time traveler from Apocalypse's future. Also I for some reason don't think this is going to be the only movie with Apocalypse and this story...it would be silly to do that. Maybe the mystery film is "Age of Apocalypse" with the OT cast.

I am just for now taking them at their word this IS FC only film but you may be right about what the 2018 film Is. I still think It's going to be hard to do Age of apocalypse with FC
cast as they try to claim.

Well Stewart said he might return and hinted at something ELSE...which I think means another OT film. But if Stewart might return for Apocalypse it wouldn't surprise me. I feel like when he says it's really a FC film he also says "not necessarily involving Halle, Ian etc". He says not necessarily, not "absolutely strictly FC characters only" which also goes with Singer's "mostly a FC sequel.."

I think it'll be entirely set in the 80s with maybe an end credits scene or something with OT cast members or something like that.

There had earlier been speculation after Apocalypse was announced of perhapes begining film with OT actors before going back to past where rest of film Is set.

There has been speculation that the time travel mission In DOFP may have connection to
Apocalypse waking up In past.

Stewart is hinting at something and i doudt If he has heard nothing he would be hinting at it.He hinted at return for DOFP before singer announced his return.

It makes sense if mystery film will be about OT and comes off of events In DOFP and apocalypse why they wouldn't want to say what It is. The next x film after Apocalypse
will be third wolverine film which ending or post credit scene could lead into it like the wolverine did with DOFP.

It's also true Singer has called it mostly a FC sequel and Inbetweenequel just like he called DOFP.

Yeah I heard they said at Wondercon that Apocalypse will stick to 'much' of the comic. I don't think they'll be able to do that unless they recast some characters or have some OT characters in there

tbh i only heard you come up with this theory, it wouldn't be a good idea because if you want the audience to invest in these younger characters its probably not good to show the outcome early on, but at the same time stewart could cameo in apocalypse or even The wolverine 2

well to be fair its not the first time an actor has said they heard rumours but are just waiting to find out if they are true, Its way to early for stewart to be getting hints about the 2018 when even the FC no nothing about the next film

yeah and kinberg said apocalypse is set in between DOFP and X-Men, while i'm sure thats not true if we really thought about it you can't go from apocalypse to dark edgy apocalypse future and still try and convince the audience they will connect to X-Men

It's completely true. Both DOFP and APocalypse are set inbetween FC and X1. Maybe not in alt universe continuity or whatever gets changed, but as far as where they fall in time. That's why Singer calls them inbetweenquels and why Kinberg says they take place then. At this point it's not meant to be looked at any further because they would be ruining plot points.

When Apocalypse was announced one of these sites was talking about OT cast appearing at begining. If Stewart is hinting at appearing In Apocalypse
maybe that's true.

I can accept the claims that Apocalypse won't feature OT cast but i was playing devil's advocate in seeing point greatmind brought up.

If time travel erases OT timeline or splits timeline I don't know why singer called Apocalypse mostly FC class sequel or inbetweenequel

But back to point that started this it's doudtful Angel Is in Apocalypse.
