I assume the file is about the operation(s) that saved him after he was stabbed, and he is trying to find a procedure from there to save Skye... which is ironic/hypocritical because he was screaming out to just let him die, but now he is trying to do the same to someone else.

Not quite the same deal. Coulson was dead for days and according to the Doctor he endured utter agony in the several 'ungodly' operations that brought him back.

Skye is still alive.

^ Yeah, that's true, they are in a different state. I imagine they won't have Skye die just to be brought back by Coulson. THAT would be hypocritical.

I never thought that his secret would be used to bring her back from the dead, but I assume that her secret will be reveled in order to bring her back to health. Coulsen said, "If there is something in her file that could help her..." I think she is still alive from the commercials, and that to save her they have to finally solve her secret once and for all of who and what she is.

Another possibility, if not Kree, is an inhuman, which were created by the Kree. One that caught my eye was an inhuman hybrid by the name Sarah Garza.

Correct me if im wrong...but wasn't it told that upon knowing Skye was an 084.....an entire village was destroyed.....but by who? Did she do it....those powers in a child killed a village?

I'd have to check the earlier episodes again, but IIRC, the story was that the people in the village were killed by bad guys, who gunned them down while they were trying to save Baby 084's life.

Still, I'm behind you guys on "Skye's an alien." Dunno if "that thing" in the TAHITI room was Kree, Inhuman, Chitauri, or whatever else, but it ain't from around here.

In retrospect, Skye's name seems to be deliberate wordplay on her alien origins.

That's the way I took it too. The village was killed protecting Skye from bad guys, who killed them to get at Skye.

I recall coming across Garza's name some time ago, while looking for SHIELD agents who were proficient with computers. For whatever reason, it didn't make sense to me at the time, but I could maybe see it as a bit more likely now.

At any rate, I'm starting to lean towards the 'Skye is an Inhuman' theory.
