G'day,

What i expect:

1) She will take the doctor's advice and leave SHIELD

2) She will be taken by the Reader to the Inhuman's HQ

3) There she will meet Lincoln and her mother (who was able to regenerated even after Whitehall's drastic mutilations.)

4) She will accept who she is stop being so freaking scared and return to SHIELD to help them out of a pickle, probably with the aid of a few other Inhumans.

5) Coulson realizes the Inhumans can co-exist with humanity . Coulson-SHIELD will be pro Captain America in Civil War.

6) The Real SHIELD, and I expect Simmons to join them, thinks they are a danger to humanity and must be heavily regulated if not eliminated. They will side with Iron Man.

This I can see.

I wonder when Skye will have her Daisy Johnson hair, its only a matter of time IMO. They have already been progressing towards it.

I hope not. I like Skye(and Women in general) with longer hair.

Ooohkay? I prefer men with shorter hair, but this doesn't really affect my enjoyment of the Thor franchise because, you know, you don't have to be totally attracted to every physical attribute of a character to like them.

I just think it's weird whenever guys (even guys you don't know, who you are just chatting with!) are like, "no, don't cut your hair, I like women with long hair!" like it's somehow vitally important. Skye with short hair would change her character exactly 0.

I think it's weird that someone goes into preach mode because they imply it's somehow 'wrong' that someone else mentions their hairstyle preference.

There should be a scene each episode where Skye gets some kind of spa treatment like she had in the "Afterlife" episode. :p

^
That's not very nice. She's improved a lot since season 1.

It seems to me they've stressed the issue of the side effects of Skye's gloves for a few episodes now. I wonder how bad they will turn out to be, and whether they will be irreversible. Any theories?

OK, why is the fact that she's 26 and born in 1988 mean something? Did I forget something mentioned in season one? The way her mom looked at Cal and the way the moment played out it's clear that Cal goofed big-time mentioning the year. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

My theory: It had to do with Reina's powers. She can make her dreams/ nightmares come to life.

It may not be so important; it may be just the fact that she's one year older than she thought she was.

She thought she was born in '89, and was 25. Then she finds out she was born a whole year before that. Imagine if you suddenly discovered you were a year older than you thought you were. It would just be... weird.

Skye powers have really stepped up a notch and she is getting better at controlling them.

ha that would be brilliant. don't mind the other fella yours is better, nothing against a good predicting the future story but your theory puts the inhumans in an interesting situation if it where to happen.

Hmm....that raises philosophical issues, like:

1. If her dreams (broadly speaking, including nightmares) bring about those future events, is that really a power? After all, she does not control her dreams. They happen to her.

2. Let's say that - as we've seen in one case so far - Raina's dreams come to pass. How would the other characters go about telling the difference between those two hypothesis? Are there any observations that would allow them to determine whether her dreams are causing those events? Or does the theory "she gets visions of the future" and "her dreams actually cause the events in them" empirically indistinguishable, at least given the means available to other characters?

the inhuman leadership might even take a similar attitude to gonlazes to some gifted if they are a danger to their collective. But take your point, how do you show you are influencing a future reality and not precoging it.

I wonder if Raina's power is similar to Yukio in The Wolverine. Dream/vision of future events

Precisely. She didn't know her birthday either. I think people are trying to find meaning that isn't there.
