I think what he's saying is that the characterization of Britta this particular season where she's been much more goofy/dorky/"lame" had been building up to this ONE MOMENT.

That was kind of the point. she was doing the whole Marilyn Monroe thing where she plays the overly naive, silly girl men fantasize about. But it kept getting more and more absurd to crawling on the floor, to no longer being able to speak in coherent sentences, "You smart. Me dumb. Help Annie have fun." It all then boils down to the culmination of the fantasy, "Boopity, boop, boop, sex."

When he says diminishing returns, she actually takes it even further with, "What's a dimemauhmneianide?" It was another Community deconstruction of pop culture and it was hilarious.

Nah they still plan on airing the rest of the season. Just have no clue when that will be.

I'm sure if ratings drop for the shows that they "replaced" Community with they may bring it back sooner. I was figuring with this Alec Baldwin mess 30 Rock may lose some viewers.

They didn't lose viewers when he went ape s**t on his daughter, they didn't lose viewers when Tracy Morgan went all Kramer on the gays, I doubt a hissy fit on a planes gonna make a difference.....unless he did something else I'm not aware of.
