Opening Debate: Lilith vs. Helix
Lilith:
She has traditional vampire-powers, to a higher degree than most, lacking most traditional limitations.
She has superhuman physical abilities, and can mesmerize others with a glance, transform partially or fully into a bat or mist, control the weather, and command animals, such as rats, bats and wolves.
She's immune to sunlight, religious symbols and garlic, but can be destroyed by the Montesi Formula or a wooden stake through the heart. She recovers instantly from most other wounds (even surviving dismemberment), and her spirit will return as long as Dracula exists.
Helix:
*Helix is a reactive Adaptoid, meaning he can unconsciously recode his DNA in response to threatening outside stimuli, altering or evolving his body to physically counter kinetic or energy based threats to his well-being. He can increase in size and strength, cancel psychokinetic energies in his vicinity, and adapt to any environmental toxin. His body automatically and unconsciously adapts to counter any threat. After the crisis has passed, his body resets itself to its baseline form. His body's adaptive capabilities allowed him to go toe-to-toe with alternate versions of Wonder Man and Charlie-27 at the same time.
Neither character will know each other or the location. From what I understand about Helix, he starts out in his baseline form, which only benefits Lilith even more in this battle. If Helix thinks he knows about Vampires, it will be negated by Lilith being so much different than the normal set. Helix might even think it being daylight will only be to his advantage, which it won't.

Opening Debate: Ch'od vs. Will-O-The-Wisp
Ch'od:
*As a member of the Saurid race, Ch'od possesses superhuman strength, durability, and endurance, and possesses both lungs and gills.
*He is also a superb marksman (with various forms of Shi'ar weaponry), swordsman, and hand-to-hand combatant, having been trained in various forms of combat known in the Shi'ar Galaxy. He is a highly skilled starship pilot. He has carried Shi'ar-manufactured swords, battleaxes, and energy guns as weapons.
Will-O-The-Wisp:
*Will-O-The-Wisp has the ability to control the electro-magnetic particles that make up his body, and can make part, or all, of his body intangible or rock hard similar to the synthesis Vision. In addition, he also has super strength which at his max density enables him to lift nearly 12 tons. Also, he has the ability of flight, and at high speeds, Will-O-The-Wisp appears to be nothing more than a glowing sphere. Will-O-The-Wisp can also mesmerize people for a short period of time.
Interesting match-up. While I can see Will beating Ch'od, I can see Ch'od taking out Will, too. I know my opponent will show how Will has this match easily in hand; but, Will just hasn't faced someone like Ch'od before. Ch'od is extemely strong and durable, and will be bringing weapons that can easily take out Will. Eventually, Will will have to tangible....and, that's his downfall.

Mountjoy vs Strong Guy
Okay, this is an easy win really. I really like Strong Guy but there's nothing that can really help him here. He's a physical beast who charges his foes and isn't very intelligent. Mountjoy will see him coming and just jump into him, taking over. He will then just beat down the prison on top of strong Guy, essentially beating himself up, but ending up powering up Strong Guy enough to where the strain on his heart is too much and he has another heart attack. He falls and Mountjoy jumps out the victor.

Helix vs Lilith
This matchup completely favors Helix.
HelixHelix is a hyper-adaptoid -- he can unconsciously recode his DNA in response to threatening outside stimuli, evolving his body in ways which would normally take a species millions of years to undergo. He can increase in size and strength, grow spines and blades out of his flesh, generate interference to cancel psychokinetic energies in his vicinity, quickly overcome toxins that would send even superhumans into a coma -- but all of this is involuntary, and under no conscious control. The manner his body will develop to overcome an attack cannot be easily predicted; and when the adaptations are no longer needed, his body resets itself to its usual baseline. His body's adaptive capabilities enable him to go toe-to-toe with some of the strongest people on earth -- like Hollywood, an alternate future counterpart of Wonder Man, who got his butt handed to him by a giant Helix.

This won't help either character at all, except for Helix recognizing that Lilith is the daughter of dracula by her name and looking like a vampire.
The location won't help either character much either.
Match
Now Helix does start off in his baseline but even his baseline is a muscle bound character. At the same point he is able to adapt instantaneously to any type of threat. When he was thrown up in the air he grew wings before he started coming down, when he was wrapped in a deap layer of Spider-Man's webbing he grew thorns all over his body to rip it apart, went he went through thick brush his skin turn metallic, when Hollywood punched him in the face he grew in tremendous size and spanked him. These are just some examples of how he instantly adapted to different types of threats. He has faced the whole New Warriors and the Scarlet Spider and everything new they threw at him only made him stronger.
In this match, Lilith won't know that any attack she uses would only make Helix stronger. There is literally nothing she could do as he Helix has proved adaptable to completely different attacks. The only real attack Lilith has is to try to memorize Helix but considering he has shown how he has defended against any form of attack I don't see any reason why he wouldn't be able to do here. Even if the slightest chance she mesmerizes him, it will be only a matter of time that his body would adapt. He is not called a super-adaptoid for no reason.
While Helix will only get stronger and faster to her attacks, it will just lead to the same conclusion. He will just eventually overpower Lilith and take her out. For someone who has taken on a whole team of super heroes, taking on one character will be no trouble for Helix.
