I've heard that same mindset from a lot of gay and lesbian people as well. They date people that are bi and they say it's ridiculous. Cake and eating it too scenario.
How is it so ridiculous to think both males and females are attractive? Like it gives you a greater inclination towards being a ****e and/or a cheater? That's just ignorance, and for people to say bi = wanting attention, that's kind of offensive.

I don't want to turn this into a thing, but just from people I've known that have used the bi moniker, that's the impression that was given.
That sounds like an opinion. There is no such thing as bi. Either you're into chicks or you're into dudes. Bi people are just screwing around with one gender.
That's what I thought when I first read that post. He/She is assuming that all bisexuals are cheaters... like gays/lesbians and straight people are less proned to cheating. I think cheating has nothing to do with sexuality but the character of the person. That's kind of a dick thing to say. Just because a girl is bi doesn't mean she's more likely to cheat on you, unless she would cheat on you regardless of which sex she thinks is hot.
If she's into you, quit whining and overthinking things. Just do her or something.
Although we don't date at this moment, I already kind of have the fear that I'm going to having to compete against other women.
Haha! Good point. And with a straight girl you'd have to compete with other guys so...what's the big deal?![]()

I think he means, his competition just doubled, instead of only having to worry about one half of the two genders.
If you have to worry about your significant other cheating on you or leaving you for someone else, you already have some severe relationship and trust issues that aren't impacted one way or the other by their sexual orientation.

Deeply stupid thing to say. There is no such thing as bi. Either you're into chicks or you're into dudes. Bi people are just screwing around with one gender.
Maybe he's insecure.
It's hard enough competing with other men but now women as well? Not to mention, being a man, how do you compete with a different gender altogether that has different assets that require competing with? I mean, they're not going to be signifigant others anytime soon. Just girlfriend and boyfriend.
I'd agree, and that's an issue he needs to worry about more than whether the girl is bisexual or not.
You compete the same way; give them a reason to want to be with you more than they want to be with anyone else.

And uh, I don't wanna make a "thing" of this, but just going by most of the Black people I know, the impression they give off is that they're ignorant, lazy savages...so, I guess we can just go ahead and say that all Black people are like that.
