You havent read Civil War #5. Either way, yeah, as a young child. Shes been with Babs, trained under Batman, and her own series showed that she had become her own person aka NOT EVIL! Im sorry, but someone who cherishes continuity like you, id expected you of all people to understand.

Hawkeye wasn't even much of a villain. There is a huge difference between being a sideshow archer needing some cash, and being raised as the ultimate assassin killing machine.
