I suppose. I don't know. HeavyInk's worked well enough for me that I haven't felt a need to look elsewhere.
Well you might be able to get your comics from DC right then, without having to wait.

Btw how is that going to work? I mean if they let you download an issue how do they know you wont put it on rapidshare or something?
 
Presumably they'd have some kind of rights protection on it. But I'm sure that'll be circumvented somehow. Not that that matters; people scan whole comics and put them on torrent sites already.
 
HeavyInk.com. You can set up subscriptions and everything. You'll get your comics a week later than everyone else, but that's usually not a big problem.
I get mine by Saturday. It's not bad at all.
 
Yeah, I should've said a few days late. I just don't check my mail more than once a week. ;)

I think there was probably plenty to talk about but they gave them like a ****ing fifteen minute span to talk about it. Kind of ridiculous.

I would've liked to hear the additional seven members of the League, for one.
 
I think there was an awesome origin to the Justice League, wasn't there? It was called JLA: Year One. :huh:

Since I’m not going to be doing any interviews regarding the SUPERMAN reboot (not wishing to inadvertently spill any plot beans) I just want to give you all the skinny on what exactly I’m doing on the book. As was recently revealed is that I will be writing the new series SUPERMAN: THE MAN OF TOMORROW. What wasn’t explained is that I’m also doing the thumbnail layouts for the book, something I did for artist Kerry Gammill years ago when I worked on ACTION COMICS. This way, I’d be providing my storytelling style, body language and suggestions for facial expression, but the final look of the book and characters will be handled by Jesus Merino, and from what I’ve seen of his work so far, we’re going to work quite well together. I was asked to draw the covers, so I will get some experience drawing this new Son of Krypton. I hope you like what you see and read when it debuts in September. And that’s all I have to say about that. Ask me no questions and I’ll tell you no lies. ;-)

This. And if they had a Q&A session it would be full of "why did you mistreat my waifu", "ma comics a changin and i dont like it", and things like that.

I'm sure there will be a Q&A session at some point (Comicon is somewhere in the summer right?) and the fans will hopefully be calmer then.
 
I'm curious to see what Morrison and Morales could do that would be totally unique to comics. AC as a whole is sounding more and more intriguing.

I kinda like that. It gives me more reason to buy Perez's Superman issues.

I don't really care about that. I'm interested in Morrison's Superman based on JLA and All-Star Superman, be it in the past, present, or future.
 
How badass would it be if they were working on Batman, Inc.'s relaunch? :hehe:
It's been confirmed that Chris Burnham will be working with Morrison to conclude his run on Batman. Personally, I'm thinking it'll be the new Batman Beyond book.

I don't know, even when the general climate is negative, Q&A's are usually handled with respect. At the very least it would have given them an opportunity to expand on the relaunch, past the marketing bs of "we're doing something new and modern".
 
I think they only have up to about 3 months in advance on the website. So you'd probably have to wait another few weeks before you can start ordering the post-relaunch comics.

Considering that Beechen confirmed that Batman Beyond will continue even though it hasn't been solicited for September, I think it was a given that more titles were going to come out after September.
