Apparently in Justice League is where we will eventually see the mystery pink/purple robed woman revealed a bit.

You’ll soon see the next step in this character’s evolution in the pages of JUSTICE LEAGUE, and in the months to come you will see more events ripple across titles as we continue to weave the DC Universe together and tell even more amazing stories.
That sounds like mini events.

As long as its not more retcons or reboots but just cross overs and good stories that sounds like it could be neat

I liked Superman #2. I've noticed a lot of people don't like Perez's Superman. I thought both issues so far were pretty good.

Aquaman and Flash are still amazing.

I'm digging Perez on Superman as well so far i think its been a pretty good series

Though I'm still unhappy at how Lois and Clark arent together anymore. Clark being all lonely is too sad i don't like it :csad:

He doesn't even have Krypto to play games of super fetch with anymore

He's still got Jimmy!

Whose got Beiber hair and isn't a crossdresser..... so he's useless.

Perez has just made Superman too wordy for me. I like dialogue but I feel like i'm just reading blocks of text in every panel.

I like the wordiness. I like getting through all that content then realizing "I'm only 8 pages in!" then my head goes "yaaayyyy! More enjoyment!"

I've decided Francis Manapul was born to draw the Flash. It's not merely a matter of illustration; Manapul just designs incredible pages with incredible layouts. Blows my face off.

Unfortunately, the script is weak. It sort of breaks my heart; I never want to see someone fail or give up on a creative endeavour, but I think a verteran really needs to be brough in on this book. What needs to happen is for a quality science fiction writer to take the reigns, but it also needs to be someone who is ready to collaborate with Manapul with regards to how the story is told.

This is the best work Manapul has done (puttting his previous Flash work to shame), and that tells me that he's really taking advantage of the freedom he has right now. He's not adhering to someone else's idea of what the page should look like or how the action should play out--and if DC could find a writer to craft the story while allowing Manapul the freedom to interpret it in his own way visually, then I think you could have a definitive Flash book on your hands.

So Voodoo this week was just plain awful

The first bisexual DC character to get her own ongoing series and she's a murderous rapist. Yay  I won't be sticking with this title

Firestorm was pretty good this week though both Ronnie and Jason were much more likeable and I'm digging how we're seeing reimagined versions of Firestorm villains like Killer Frost and the Hyena's appearing

I like the wordiness. I like getting through all that content then realizing "I'm only 8 pages in!" then my head goes "yaaayyyy! More enjoyment!"

Yep I'm digging the wordiness :)

I liked Voodoo #1 for one reason alone, the art work! I'm not just talking about the fan service but even the pages where they weren't flashing her boobs across the pannels were beautiful. The story did nothing for me and actually there was possibly too much fan service for my liking (if that is even possible)

I was meh about the first issue as the main character was utterly devoid of personality but i decided to give it one more issue

But with this second issue I'm done with this series. Making the main character a rapist is bad enough but making the only bisexual character who currently has an ongoing mainstream comic book series a murderous rapist stereotype

Not even gorgeous art is going to get me to buy a book like that

I'll stick with Batwoman a series that actually portrays lgbt people in a positive way and as actual well written characters

Can I use the "Red Hood and the Outlaws" defense of "you should've seen that it was going to be crapola"?

Personally, I'm looking forward to their new ongoing spinning out of the pages of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

Whats the deal with Supergirl, post-relaunch. Did she keep her same backstory or did they change it up yet again? Is she Kara, Superman's cousin? Any word on Linda Danvers whereabouts?
