If quality writing & artwork had something to do with it we'd still have O.M.A.C.

I, Vampire and Resurrection Man didn't even chart in the top 100 last I checked and at the end of the day that's what DC is looking at.

I know people here ignore this title but Captain Atom is the best **** JT Krul has ever written. No hyperbole; outside of that the guy is just a **** writer but he managed to find a groove on that book and the few people that read it agree. However that's just not enough to keep the book afloat. This is why no matter what anybody wants to say SALES DO MATTER (I've seen people say the contrary on these boards before).

At least they're putting Andrew Bennett in JLD as a contigency like they also did with putting O.M.A.C. in JLI. I can assume Cap Atom will also be placed in another title somewhere. Who knows what the hell will happen to Mitch Shelley after that though.

How bouts Senasation Comics starring.....Wonder Woman! Of 5 years ago!

It'd be cool if Wondy, Flash, and Aquaman got second titles. Wondy could have Sensation Comics, Flash could have Showcase Comics, Aquaman could have Adventure Comics.

But seriously, if Barry lead Flash and Wally were the star of Showcase Comics I'd be cool with that. I want Bart to be in one of them because I like him in Teen Titans, but I'm not too big on the rest of that book. I like the characters, the book is just eh.

They had considered bringing Sensation Comics back as a Wonder Woman team-up title in the 70's, but then the DC implosion happened. It's too bad, I think that's a good format for her.

They should bring back All-Flash and have it as a Flash book with Wally and Jay.

They planned on having a Flash Family book for like a month and a half in early 2010.

Pretty much agree, although there aren't many writers around who can write any Flash to my satisfaction because modern comics writers are not science-fiction writers but are pro wrestling writers.

Demon Knights was fun this week i loved the ending where Etrigan reveals that Xanadu's entire story was just made up. It made the whole issue funnier reading it the second time as you realise all the cliches are deliberate as Xanadu is trying to make it all sound like a tragic love story

Robinson is astoundingly hit or miss.

Not when it comes to writing characters from his Starman series. He's always on point with that. Mikaal's JL tenure being the exception and not the rule. Regardless this current series reinforces my theory that he should only ever write those characters. It's seriously the best **** he's written since the very early 00's.

That's why he's hit or miss.

If its Starman, he's phenomenal. If it's Superman, he's good. If its Batman, he's mediocre. If its the Justice League, he's the literary equivalent of a rapist.
