Question, is this film the same as the leaked script from a few years back? I seem to remember that script had Colossus in a prominent role as well.

Question, is this film the same as the leaked script from a few years back? I seem to remember that script had Colossus in a prominent role as well.

Most of it is still the same as the leaked script, down the taxi scene seen in the second trailer. Some changes here and there, new jokes and Negasonic wasn't in the leaked script.

In the German version of the Deadpool trailer there are some alternates takes being used. Deadpool (in the VO) basically refers to Angel Dust as a 'discount Catwoman' and I think there was also a Shrek reference in there.

I can only imagine how many different takes they have for this thing. If a joke didn't test well they can change it pretty easily.

I can imagine the outtakes being as long as the film on this. I expect they tried numerous jokes for the same scene, as we have already seen from the trailers things have changed already.

Cant wait for the blu-ray of this already and the films not even out yet.

I'm diggin how Colossus doesn't look cartoonishly v-shaped
he's more like a chromed out world's strongest man competitor

It probably helps a lot in making the visual effects for this movie that Tim Miller's a CGI expert, being the founder of Blur Studio. That's probably how they managed to have a full CGI Colossus in a $60 milion production. He probably knows the most efficient way to make him look good on such a budget. I'm really curious to see him at the helm of his first feature film, and hope it'll turn out to be a Speed / Jan De Bont situation. I like Tim Miller. I like what he has to say about the movie and the process. Let's hope he will deliver.

If Magik is in New Mutant's hopefully they will have a role for him as well since they are related. Would like to see that brother/sisiter relationship developed.

Wonder if we are going to get a 'who the hell are you talking to?' when he says something to camera.

Also in the script if I remember he only breaks 4th wall when he is Deadpool not before as Wade, I hope that stays, makes it seem like one of his powers is 4th wall breaking rather than just the character of Wade as a whole.

Most likely, they played with that a little at the end of this promo.
