poor Batista, his situation just keeps getting worse. i liked Mos Def's character. it's going to be interesting to see where they go with him.

Masuka's new assistant is hot! :awesome: hope we see more of her

Well she now knows he likes to watch. :)

(Please don't sue)

Musaka is just hilarious. I hope he never leaves the show. :p

Oh you're good...making us think you like the show and then linking your post to some clearance on dvds. I'm on to you...bot. :ninja:

I'm not really feeling Travis and Gellar as the villains for this season but then again it's just have been two episodes into the new season so it'll take awhile before the season hopefully picks up. I'm enjoying the interactions between Dexter and Sam already, can't wait to see more of that.

Aha, I thought I recognize her from somewhere.

Loving the villians so far in this season.Dexter will for sure get with the babysitter causing some tension.Maybe not though..maybe Batista would be understanding of the situation.Need to watch the 2nd episode tonight before Sunday.

Somewhat off-topic but still relevant. At the Cup of Joe NYCC panel yesterday they've announced that Jeff Lindsay, the author of the Dexter novels will write new stories in comic books form for Marvel and it'll have the continuity of the books series. They're set to come out next year.

From the end of the Cup Of Joe New York Comic Con panel yesterday, the news that Jeff Lindsay, creator of the Dexter novels that were also turned into an ongoing TV series, will be writing all new Dexter stories, in the continuity of the books, next year.

Pretty cool, which reminds me again that I should read the books, still haven't gotten around to it.

marvel ?

how sad, i always imagined dexter to be more of a DC character . :csad:

i mean cmon... dexter vs the joker . think about it :oldrazz:

I've only read the first book and thought the series was better because on TV the other characters got fleshed out better. :)

Mike Anderson is Doakes, part 2. Just wait and see. Also, I wonder how long till he sleeps with Debs.

I'm a tad bit disappointed so far with this season. The episodes are enjoyable, but not what I was expecting, that's all. I'm supposed to believe this is going to be Dexter's darkest season? But then again, it's only the first 3 episodes so I'll reserve my judgement.

Also, someone had an interesting theory on another board about Travis and Gellar: What if Gellar isn't really there, but instead Travis's Harry?

I'm loving this season. Feels like S1, happy we are getting one-of stories with an overarching main villain in the background. S4-S5 were too much about one big baddie.

Plus, were getting a lot of Harry. So awesome...

I really enjoyed episode 3 lol meeting his hero and he doesnt stack up to what he thought.

I wonder if the new intern will link Dexter to the ITK? I'm glad they're bringing that case back. There was something hilarious about Quinn banging that girl with such a sad face. I would be grinning. Great episode overall. The ending was awesome. Can't wait for next week. Also, are we ever going to see Astor and Cody again or are they done? I'd like to at least get an update on them even if it's one line.

That's one thing that I loved about this episode. The lingering thought of that old fart being what Dexter may have to look forward too. It kinda does beg the question, when does Dexter stop killing?

^^ Yeah, it was cool how they did that, making you think of what happens further down the road in life for someone like Dex.

I'm going to be bold here and suggest Olmos isn't real, he's a figment of Marshall's imagination much like Harry is for Dexter. Every scene with Gellar and Marshall has Marshall doing all the work with Gellar standing back.
