All of TA have gone up against the LOA this season and done it with ease, Oliver takes out Nyssa in 2mins top everytime they fight even though she has 25+ years of training and he has 5years. They been inconsistent for a hot minute.

Well if you look at the making of the scene, the smoke bomb Oliver uses right before they fight blinded Nyssa which is why she lost so easily. That didnt really come off well on TV.

I do think the situation with the mugger was something like "I'm so better than him" that's why she was push/pulling him and talking instead of just taking him down untill he got the knife. By the moment he got the knife Nyssa interrupted him, so we didn't really see how she would have handled him... but yeah, LOA's members are just as good as the plot needs them to be...

Yeah she looks GREAT sans mask/wig. Though I like the mask so i would be kind of sad to see it go.

While I like her costume, seeing it in day light I need them to get rid of a couple of buckles and half of those little buttons and outline the straps on her chest or arms in yellow.

Yeah, look, Katie Cassidy is really hot in those pictures and on Flash(plus all those bikini pictures that around lately) but that wig just does not work. Keep the mask but lose the wig.

Or get a quality blonde wig. Doesn't need to be bleach blonde. Hit up the RuPauls Drag Race and ask for one of theirs.

So does anyone here have any theories as to why they don't let Laurel use that Canary cry when it would actually be of vital use, namely when surrounded by a hoard of trained Assassins?

Common sense? And the fact that they yet again forgot that Cisco made the Canary Cry like 10x stronger then the Canary Bomb but it sounds weaker and everyone just seems to get confused about whats going on.

If anything, I feel like the Producers realized very late in the game that by giving Laurel such a powerful weapon, it makes it almost next to impossible in finding a creative (and cost effective) way to present Laurel in Danger.

Unlike Sara's weapon, all Laurel has to do is just scream to release its power, thus knocking her intended targets out.

They should have just allowed her to use her Canary Cry, only for one of Ra's Men (or Oliver) to use some Arrow EMP Device that would deactivate her Canary Cry (momentarily).

It's Just lazy writing. If Cassidy isn't complaining about these things She should be. at least get some of the Flash writers over on Arrow for a while.

That is a good point about Dinah Laurel not using the Canary Cry on the a league due to lazy writing, but I think their priorities are on Oliver/ Felicity and the wedding.

But like any device, it would have its limits. It would be very easy to say that it is good to use 2-3 times back2back before having to be recharged.

I wanted her to TA to be losing the fight with the LOA, then Black Canary using her Canary Cry, LOA faint, Ra's and co. appear.

I rather she goes back to the color she had as Rubee from super natural cause there is look normal compare to the wig was closer to Dinah from the comic's . just dye it back that way from back then. but i love that you said this about buying a wig from Ru paul's. lol classic

lol. Oh I agree it's better then putting on the cheep wigs on the show to shame ether dying her hair back to Rubee (from her super natural days) style or the wig's from Ru paul will do nicely. have the do that for the flash back with Oliver too that outta control wig ether too is messed up

I'm really looking foward to her fighting skills next season, she was pretty good last episode. Nyssa and the Canary Cry did wonders to her! Next season will probably had the 6 months time jump, she can really up her game fighting wise.

Laurel was awesome in last night's episode! I'm so happy that she's not the wimp she was at the beginning of the season anymore (also, is it just me, or does it feel like season has been going on forever now?)

Unfortunately, it seems like the Green Arrow/Black Canary couple from the comics has been replaced by pairing Oliver with a blond computer nerd. Again.

Glad to see her capable. But I can't believe that it was only 1 Episode ago, where she acted amateurish taking down a single street thug, and now she takes on 3 League members on her own. They really turned the League into Putties.

Lol at least they said that she underestimated the thug and was basically playing with him. We don't know how the fight would've turned out had Nyssa not intervened.

For Birds of Prey, I want Huntress to be redeemed and go from being a psycho killer to an anti-hero, like her comic counterpart. Felicity can be Oracle. At least then, she'll have something useful to do.
