That training scene was better then half of the fights in S4 thus far. They did a good job with stunt work, incorporating Katie into it, A+.

they should try to do the same thing on Arrow? It should not be difficult to do this for Laurel in Arrow fight scene.

I haven't seen the episode yet. Who won the sparring session? My guess is that it was a draw.

I guess that makes sense, given that she has more experience. I wouldn't have minded if Laurel won though. It would have been a good way of showing how far she has come since she has started (she can now take on LOA members and Ghosts). The fact that she can go toe-to-toe with Sara is also testament to how good a fighter she has become.

In regards to people saying that Laurel was written better on LOT, the writers will want the characters from Arrow and Flash to come of as well as possible so that people watching LOT will be interested in watching both of those shows as well.

I wouldn't say she was better. She got a short scene, sending Sara off. She didn't get the time to be judgmental once more.

Let me ask this. How can you be a superhero and not be judge mental? Part of the mental makeup is passing judgement on society, the law and humanity as a whole.

It was definitely a great sequence to watch. But damn, that baton of Laurel's looked so out of place here, especially when seen against Sara's more legit looking weapons.

Honestly looks 100X better than the tonfa on Arrow. This looks way more real and sounds real.
