Yeah, I'm really hoping that she was losing weight on purpose for the drug storyline. And if she did, major kudos to her because she really was getting to that scary thin point. The shot of the close up of her hands hitting the door (after Lance left her in the interrogation room) was shocking just to see how incredibly small her wrists looked.

But if it was really all for the part, big props for going all "Bale" on that role. But as others have said, I hope she didn't hurt herself losing so much weight.

No complaints about Laurel, since she's finally been getting useful these last couple Episodes. But what does everyone think about them introducing the part, where they told us that Laurel tipped off the cops, got the party shut down, Sara grounded, and basically stole Oliver, even though she knew Sara had a crush on him.

Typical girl stuff, they both wanted the same guy only one got him. What is worse is what Sara did, whether she liked him first or not doesn't matter. He was taken, yet she slept with her sisters boyfriend. Her telling Oliver that story only made me think that it was out of spite.

I can forgive Sara more though. As least she didn't plan anything. Heck, if Ollie wouldn't have asked her to go with him, she probably wouldn't have pursued him. But she saw her chance to get together with the person, that her sister stole from her.

I thought that was just a lame lame secret really. But I guess now that Shado is dead, they 'll try to hook up Sara and Oliver on the Island and someone new on the present because, you know, he always has to have a love interest in both timelines...

I can't see that she would've had the chin implant as a form of method acting. Her chin does look noticeably different from her previous look last season.

Maybe she's gotten the implant because she's going to be the new presenter of the Tonight Show.

Well you're right in that respect that Katie isn't playing a real person here. She's a ghost of her former self.

^ Not really. All they've said is everyone knows that Dinah Lance is the Black Canary.

Which, true. Everyone does know that.

But that doesn't mean they are going to go with what everyone knows. And I hope they don't. Plus the writers, creators and Stephen Amell have said they are not trying to be like the comics, they are trying to write a good show.

During interviews for the first season the producers were asked directly when we would see Laurel as BC and their answer was "Not as soon as you want, but sooner than you'll expect" (something along those lines).

For the second season they said that this was the beginning of the story of the Black Canary, but they didn't specifically addressed Laurel, it was general question on comic con after the teaser of season 2 where we saw her.

As for Laurel they said in a interview (I think last month) something like they knew pressure the actress and character is suffering from fans but they had a clear plan of what they wanted to achieve with her and it takes time.
