We clearly have not improved one bit with how we treat each other, I felt when President Obama was elected that maybe as a country we had progressed in how we act and treat each other, but Trump came along and started the whole birther crap and after Obama was elected a second time, i just had this bad feeling we as a country would elect an old white racist man, and sure enough we did and he was far worse than i could have imagined, he enboldened white supremists and hate groups, they found a foot hold in government and society, like we hadnt seen since the 60s, now, seems every where any kind of education geared towards black or other minorities are being targeted and eliminated at an alarming pace, we seem to be in a time were whites want to forget how horrible they were and are, history isnt just the good things, we need to study and remember the terrible things, its how we grow, idk, I hope Kamala Harris is elected president, her being president could help turn the tide of hate and misunderstanding we are seeing, but its hard to change human nature, one can only hope we do the right thing here and move in a better direction for our children and our nations future, maybe i am being to simplistic or naive , idk, i hate were are nation is right now and had hoped we would not see this, we need to do better

Yes we do. I don't want to cringe or be embarrassed any more. :(

Do you guys agree with the theory of class reduction-ism where racism is simply a symptom of poor economic times in trying to find the answer of why one is not doing well financially?

I think racism is a constant because such divisions allow the wealthy to maintain support from the white working class.

That's been the strategy since slavery and has since become deeply embedded every generation on the personal level.

I don't get what is so threatening about someone's hair. :(
