I assume that is standard procedure for juveniles. For a 6 year old, though...

This article goes a bit more into the process. But, the process wasn't followed.

It also clarifies, it wasn't one 6 year old. It was 2. Luckily, the response seems to have been in correct, in that is not what should have happened. Which makes you question how much it actually does happen.

The crazy thing about this, Bulgaria already had to play two games behind closed doors due to racism. And then their FA chief had the balls to complain that the English team said they'd walk off if they were abused.
